Chapter 2 *The unexpected guest *

Alvira was still in the state of quandary after hearing that one hello that suddenly she heard another voice.

"ASSLAMUALAIKUM EVERYONE "

"He always preferred salam on hello" This was the first memory that came to her mind.

Before Alvira could analyze the situation further and turn around to confirm her biggest fear, jibran's voice echoed in her mind.

"Finally Mr. Sameer, you are finally here ... I thought you wont bother attending your best friend's wedding. And WALAIKUM ASLAM Asher, how are you champ? "

SAMEER AND ASHER, after hearing these two names Alvira's mind stopped working and the blood froze in her veins.

"THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE; THIS CAN'T HAPPEN "there was a war going on inside her.

Sameer hugged jibran and now he was standing beside chaudary shahab.

"Sameer my boy, finally you are here. Where are you busy these days son? You hardly come to see us. I will take your class after this wedding is over "

Sameer was now smiling on what chaudary shahab said, suddenly his eyes fell on Alvira. Now Sameer also had the same expressions as Alvira had a while back. The only difference was that Alvira chose to remain quite but Sameer exclaimed in excitement and shock.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that really you Avi or am I dreaming?"

Sameer's outburst created a storm inside everyone present there. They were wondering now that who is avi? .

Sameer ran to the other side of the table and now he was standing exactly beside Alvira. Everyone was confused on what will happen now. Sameer glanced at Alvira for a minute and then he hugged her.

OMG Avi, I can't believe my eyes. I never imagined that I will see you here and that too after one whole year "

Alvira had infinite emotions displaying on her face at that moment.

Shock, sadness, glitter, contentment, fear and what not.

She tried to stable herself and then finally she said,

"What a pleasant surprise Sameer, even I didn't imagine that I will see both of you after a year. How are you doing?"

"I am perfect as always, how are you avi?" Sameer replied.

Before Alvira could open her mouth, jibran came forward and said:

"woah woah , you guys already know each other han ? "

"Yes yes , we do . We have spent our childhood together; remember I even told you about her. She is like a part of our family " Sameer replied .

This was a big news for everyone .

"Well , this trip can not get much better now " This time it was Minahil who spoke

Now alvira was confused about how sameer and jibran are related. Jibran somehow managed to read the confusion on her face. He cleared the confusion on the spot.
"Alvira , sameer is my best friend. We were in university together. Due to our closeness even asher became a good friend "

Jibran was telling alvira about him and sameer but her gaze was fixed on Asher now. She realised that she didn't even said a hello to him.
Asher was also observing her. He was trying to read her eyes, As usual .

They now started th journey towards each other. The moment they came face to face, alvira's breath was caught in her throat.

"Hi, how are you"
Asher was the first one to start the conversation. Alvira thanked him in her heart. He saved her from the dilemma of thinking what to talk.

" Hi, i am good. How are you? "

She finally replied.

Everyone was now seated once again and they were also asked to settle down.
Alvira, who was starving a while back , now lost her appetite. But she had to eat, to avoid any questions from the family. She was not in a position to tell them the reason of her condition.
Everyone was busy laughing and enjoying food. But Alvira was fighting a war between her brain and heart.

"I HATE YOU AVI, I HATE YOU!!! I HATE YOUR FACE AND I HATE YOUR PRESENCE AROUND ME!!! PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE!! "

she could hear these words once again. Her past was once again in front of her eyes now....
