Chapter 5 *The musical night *

It was almost 4 am and they were now tired. They decided to move back to the resort and rest for a few hours. While gathering everyone they realized that Alvira was missing but before someone could have made an attempt to call her Mirha told them that Alvira left a while ago. She had a headache and didn't want anyone to worry thus she just informed her and left. This came as a shock for everyone but nobody further instigated a question.

Zara and Amara were discussing why Alvira would have left without informing them when they saw Minahil walking with her cousin Ebad. She was smiling, no she was blushing; they thought. This was something new for them, Minahil taking interest in a boy, that too her cousin.-interesting.

The instance they entered the hall they found it empty, only Alvira was seated there on one of the sofa's with a coffee cup in her hand. She was talking to someone on phone.

"OH lord, stop it yar. I can't laugh more. Please for god's sake, stop stop stop stop "She was holding her stomach with her other hand.

She asked the person for a leave as soon as she saw everyone coming inside.

"What happened Avi? Mirha told us you were not felling well?" Sameer came forward and asked her

"Nothing to worry Sameer, I had a headache so I thought of coming back and grab a cup of coffee "Alvira replied with a sweet smile.

"Guys, lets rest for few hours and then we have to get ready for the evening as well " Jibran said in an authoritative tone. They all dismissed to their respective rooms but Alvira was taken under custody by her friends who surrounded her by all three sides.

"You miss mood swings queen, how dare you leave without informing us?" Zara said with both her hands on her waist.

"HAHAH oh god, relax girls. I didn't want you guys to leave your dear horses for me and get worried .so I thought of leaving quietly " Alvira placed her cup on the table and said.

"Why do you give yourself so importance baby? " Minahil said sarcastically.

Alvira laughed on her and then asked them to go and rest. After the nap they were all invited for the dinner and then they were sent to get ready for the musical night aka" dholki ".

It was 12 am and the party already started. Guests started coming in. The lights were bright and the music was loud. Fariha came to the girls and asked them about Alvira.'

"Where is Alvira?" She asked Minahil

"Alvira is here "a voice came from the entrance.

Alvira was standing there in a rose pink Anarkali dress. They were all mesmerized by her look. She indeed looked like a princess today. She usually preferred western clothes and thus an eastern outfit totally suited her. Not only the girls were impressed by her look but there was someone else who was unable to keep his eyes of her: ASHER.

"Damn she is so beautiful inside out. I was such a fool that I let her go. I would have been the luckiest person on the earth if I wouldn't have said those words to her that day. Life would have been so beautiful just like my.." his thoughts were interrupted by the loud music .

After dancing for three hours they were all exhausted now. Asher's gaze never left Alvira's way. She could feel his stare piercing her soul but she chose to ignore. It was 3 am and after a tiring party everyone decided to call it a day. They were now moving to their rooms.

Alvira, Amara and Zara took Minahil to a corner. It was minahil's turn for the interrogation. They first completed their little ritual of giving deathly stares and after Minahil gave them a blank look Alvira was the first one to speak.

"What is cooking between you and Ebad? He was legit glued to you the entire evening.

"AND the cherry on the top was that you didn't even bother getting away from him " Amara added.

"Guys he was just being nice and sweet, nothing else "Minahil defended.

"NICE our foot, we will get to know the truth very soon babe; By hook or by crook." Zara said

"Guys I think we should tell aunty that Minahil is ready to get hitched. We should utilize this trip and Get her married too " Amara said with a wicked laugh.

"Sshh keep your voice low bitches, mom will kill me if she hears your nonsense " Minahil gave them a warning.

After getting into her room Alvira was now standing beside the mirror. She raised her hand to remove her earring and it was then she realized that her favorite bracelet is missing from her wrist.

"OH NO, how can I be so careless? How can I not take care of my bracelet? I have to find it any cost."

She quickly ran downstairs to the Hall and tried to search it everywhere. It was her bad luck that she couldn't find it. She decided to ask everyone in the morning. Maybe someone found it and kept it with them. She was about to call the lift when her eyes fell on the swimming area of the resort.

It was raining outside. She excitedly ran outside without caring about the time. She loved dancing in rain like a 5 year old. The little she knew that this rain would mark the beginning of a new chapter of her life or may be an old chapter was ready to open again ....
