Saturday.

Adam and I decided to go out for dinner, which means this was an actual date and I was incredibly nervous. I wanted him to like me.

I put on a nice light pink dress that fell just above my knees and wasn't too fancy, pairing it with nude flats.

I curled my hair and lightly put on eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara, like I did every day. I debated on weather or not I should put lipstick on and ended up not, as I was hoping for a goodnight kiss. I stuck with Chapstick and did a bit of last minute prepping before I heard the doorbell ring.

I could tell my mom had answered the door as I heard voices, so I walked downstairs.

"You look beautiful." Adam said and I felt the heat rise in my cheeks.

"Thank you." I said shyly and saw my mom smiling a bit out of the corner of my eye.

"I'll be back at 10:00." I said, opening the door and she nodded.

"See you later. Be safe!" She called and I laughed, waving before closing the door behind me.

Adam escrorted me to his car, with his hand on the small of my back, opening the door for me as I stepped in and sat down. "Thanks." I said quietly and he walked over to the driver's side and sat down, starting the car.

We made small, awkward conversation all the way there, talking mostly about school, which wasn't exactly the best topic to discuss on a date.

We got out seats at the restaurant and ordered our food. Adam started talking to me about something again and my mind started to wander. When the conversation happened to die again, I got up to use the bathroom. I needed to get away for a while.

As I walked away from our table, the front door opened and a couple walked in.

The girl had blonde hair, set in perfect curls and ocean blue eyes, wearing a tight, long sleeved black dress that went up to her mid-thigh. I looked over to the guy that had his arm around her waist and my stomach churned.

Harry had on what he seemed to wear all the time - a white top and jeans - but he still looked gorgeous.

He looked over at me and smirked, pulling the girl closer to him.

He knew I was going to be here. He brought a date just to make me jealous, and it was working more than he knew.

I went into the bathroom and paced back and forth, trying to get rid of the anger and jealously bubbling up inside of me. I put on a smile in the mirror and pretended like I didn't just see Harry as I walked back to my table.

And of course, Harry's table was just in front of ours.

I sat down and Adam smiled at me. "I'm really glad we're doing this," I said to Adam, placing my hand over his, that was resting on the table. He smiled and his body relaxed a bit.

"Me too." He agreed, giving my hand a small squeeze.

My eyes flickered behind Adam to Harry and his date and he was glaring at us. I quickly looked back at Adam and flashed him another warm smile.

Two can play this game.

We finished dinner and after Adam and I argued over who was going to pay, he won and I laughed, telling him I'd wait outside.

I threw my jacket over my shoulder and walked out the doors, seeing Harry pressing the girl with blonde hair up against her car and kissing her roughly. Her hands found their way up his torso and into his hair, pulling slightly. I cringed as I saw his hands hands travel below her waist and she just let him touch her.

"Come back to my place." She said when she pulled back.

"I can't tonight, but maybe this weekend. My parents will be gone and we'll have the house all to ourselves..." He spoke to her, kissing her neck and she grinned.

"Sounds great... See you then." She said and winked, getting into her car and drove away.

I turned around and pretended like I was just walking out of the restaurant so Harry wouldn't know I had just seen everything.

I looked up and he smirked at me.

"Hey babe, how was your date?" He asked, walking over me.

"Great. How was yours? She seems wonderful." I commented, crossing my arms over my chest.

"She's alright." He said, pulling his bottom lip between his teeth, not breaking eye contact with me.

I heard the door open and Harry turned around. I turned my head to see Adam walking out. He smiled at me.

He came over me and slid his arm around my waist.

"Hey..." He spoke. I turned my body so I was standing right in front of him, looking up into his blue eyes.

"Hey again." I said. "I had lots of fun tonight."

"Yeah, we should do this more often." He said quietly and looked down at my mouth. I nodded.

"That'd be nice." I said and we let silence take over our small chat for a few seconds.

He closed his eyes and pressed his lips down on mine softly. I smiled and we pulled back. Adam's eyes flIckered to behind me. I turned back around to see Harry looking like he could kill the both of us.

"Hey, Adam." He said.

"You want to go now?" Adam asked and I nodded as he put his arm around me again.

"Do you need a ride, Blair? I have my car."

"I'm going with Adam." I said, walking past him. As we did, Harry took my wrist and pulled my back towards him. His face was too close and my breath caught in my throat as I looked into his brown eyes. His eyes fell down to my body and back up again.

"You make that dress look amazing, babe." He said. "I'll see you on Monday."
