My eyes flutter open when a beam of sun hits my eyes. I sit up, as soon as I do so my head starts to pound. I look around and realize I am in a bed, my bed, my room. I can't remember anything that happened last night. I don't remember coming home from that party. As all these thoughts run through my head I hear a knock on my door.

"Come in," I say laying back down on my bed sighing.

"How are you feeling?" I hear Hunter's voice.

I suddenly remember everything that happened last night. I am disappointed with myself. I kissed my stepbrother. I don't respond to afraid to say anything to him.

"Kat?" He says once more.

I sigh and say "yes hunter?"

I then feel a weight on my bed. He sits on the edge of my bed.

"Are you okay?" He asks me.

"Yes I'm fine you can leave now." I say not trying to be rude it's just awkward.

"What happened to our deal?" He says.

I don't say anything and cover my head with my blanket.

"Kat don't worry about last night. You were drunk, it wasn't your fault." He says in a sweet voice.

I sit up and wrap the blanket around myself.

"I'm really sorry Hunter," I say looking down.

He lifts up my chin and smiles at me,

"It's okay Kat, we do dumb stuff when we are drunk."

He gets up and walks out of my room, just before leaving he says

"Get ready we gotta go somewhere."

He leaves and I get out of bed, I go to the washroom to take a long needed shower.

After my shower I make my way downstairs and see Christine and my father sitting on the couch.

"Good morning," I say smiling at the both of them.

They both respond back and I take a seat at the table and pour myself some cereal. Cereal first of course.

I scroll through my Instagram and see that I'm tagged in 4 post from the party. From Joey, Blake, Hunter, and Zach. Hunter comes downstairs and says.

"Hurry up Kat we have to go!!"

I take my last bite of cereal and put my dish in the sink. I grab my shoes and hurry to the front door. Hunter is already sitting in the car waiting for me. I barely put my shoes on and run to car and sit in the passenger seat. He pulls out of the driveway and I don't even have my seatbelt on yet.

I have no absolute idea where we are going, but I went with him anyway. This isn't as awkward as I thought. He drives off and we make our way to the destination who knows where.
