As I walk out of the mall, my thoughts of anger fill my mind. I mumble to my self,

"Thinks he's my boss."

I walk out to the parking lot and start walking back home.

"Kat!"

I hear my name being called but I walk faster. Suddenly someone is standing beside me. It is the boy from footlocker. I look up and smile,

"How do you know my name," I say laughing a little.

"I heard your brother call you that, after you left I realized you were trying to tell me he wasn't your boyfriend." He says smiling, we continue walking.

"Don't you have to go back to work?" I question.

He shakes his head,
"My shift is done for today."

I smile and say
"Well maybe if you aren't busy we could get some lunch," I say.

I then realized what I said, for me that's taking a risk I'm not this confident. I feel my face getting hot, I wait for his answer patiently.

A smile appears on his face and he nods his head,

"That would be nice,"
He says looking down then looking back up at me.

"We can drive to Starbucks and get some lunch," he says pointing to his car.

I nod staying quiet still surprised that he said yes. We walk over to his car and he unlocks it, I get into the passenger seat.

"Um..I feel bad for asking but I didn't quite get your name," I say playing with my fingers.

He laughs and starts the car,

"My name is Adam, it's my fault I didn't tell you" he says smiling at me.

I put my seatbelt on and he starts driving to the local Starbucks. I exam his face while we drive there. His skin is a glows in the sun, his eyelashes are really long as well. His features are beautiful, every bit of him. He catches me staring I quickly turn my face feeling my cheeks warm up.

"Awe you're so cute," he says.

His comment makes me blush even more and I keep staring out the window. I get this weird feeling in my stomach.

The butterflies in your stomach feeling.
