So, I'm sorry for not uploading! I had my exams and I just started a new book.. I was a bit busy! It made this one a bit longer to make it up to you ^^

You ran and ran. Faster than you had ever run. You tried to dodge every tree and jumped over every bush. With every step your legs felt heavier. Your breath came out in small puffs. Your heart was raging and fear and adrenaline pumped through your veins.

'Get her, you imbeciles!' You heard a man scream. You squeaked and tried to run even faster. The heavy footsteps of men appeared behind you. They started to catch up with you.

'Come on..' You said to yourself. For a moment you looked over your shoulder. A group of men were following you. They held their shining swords in their hands and held these in your direction. You quickly looked at the path in front of you. This wasn't working. You needed to get of the path.

You took a sudden turn to your right and ran deeper into the forest. Branches snapped under your boots and hit you in your face. They cut your skin and left small bruises. You didn't care. Keep running.

'She went that way!' They were unto you. You suddenly stopped, turned around and watched them getting closer to you. You quickly raised you hand and concentrated on a thick branch that was hanging above most of the men that were chasing you.

'Forbærne firgenholt!' You said while keeping your eyes focussed on the branch. Your eyes slowly turned gold and your magic started to work. The branch immediately snapped in half and came down. It hit a few men on their head. They fell over and the branch fell on top of them. A obstacle was created.

A small grin spread across your face. You quickly turned around and started running again.

'Watch out, you fools!' A man screamed. 'After her!' You had a head start, but slowly the men came closer again. You were exhausted and you were in pain. Your legs hurt really bad. You couldn't continue for much longer.

The men came closer and closer. They could almost touch you. You had never been more scared in your life.

You screamed and tried to move even faster. Suddenly, your leg got stuck behind a bush. You got off balance and fell forward. You screamed while you hit the ground. You tried to push yourself up, but couldn't stand on your ankle. You tried to continue, but a few men had catched up with you. They grinned while grabbing your shoulder. You were immediately paralyzed with fear. A man made you turn around and looked you straight in the eyes. His green eyes were full of disgust. They were evil.

'Let me get through!' A man made his way to the front. He pushed away all the others and stopped in front of you. He was tall, which made him look down at you. He was very intimidating. His brown hair was messed up and his brown eye looked at you. His other eye was covered with an eyepatch. He had a small beard and his hands were big.. very big.
