Sigh.
Why do i always have to wake up before my alarm goes off?
Elizabeth wakes up every morning thinking the same thing. This was one of her various bad habits. Always waking up an hour before her alarm. She usually has to wake up at 8:30 a.m to get ready to go to work.
"For fucks sake, what time is it?", She whined while turning over to her right side and picked up her phone from her night stand. "You have got to be kidding me!", She exclaimed quietly in her room, since everyone else was sleeping still.
It was 7:15 a.m.
She doesn't have to go into work untill 10 a.m.
She simply groans and sits up on the edge of her bed. Her three budgies were already chirping and singing by that time, but she rarely notices them, considering she's had them for over two years now. Getting up from the bed whilst stretching her arms out, she walks over to the tall white cage and opens the little front door. "Good morning, Pauly. Good morning, Ciel. Good morning, Nari.", She greets all three of them after they climb onto her hand. Elizabeth was quiet good with animals.
It was a gift she inherited from her dad.
"Welp, guys. I woke up extra early today, so you can hang out of the cage while i clean up my room.", She tells them while moving her hand near the top of the cage, signaling them to hop off her hand.
They understood right away.
"Why does everyone have to sleep until 8? Do they not understand the need I have of blasting music?"
"Why can't i sleep until 8? It's utter bullshit."
"Why in the hell do I have to go deal with moody ass customers?"
These were all things Elizabeth would mutter to herself quietly while sweeping up the birds food off the floor and while getting her uniform ready for the day.
You see, Miss Elizabeth, works at a bank.
She absolutely hates it.
Her co-workers are pretty amazing, but the amount of bullshit some clients bring into the bank, is ridiculous.
The amount of times she's tried telling someone that they can deposit a check or cash at the ATM, just for them to say that they will wait at the teller line and then complain that they have been waiting for a while.. is fucking ridiculous.
You could only imagine her pain.
"Ah, there we go, Finally done!", said Elizabeth content with her work in her room. "Now, i'll take a shower and start getting ready." she stated and got her towel and walked to the bathroom with her portable speaker.
It was finally 8:20 a.m
She set her phone to play her 'Fave Playlist', which had a mix of everything. It had from Pop to KPOP to some R&B to a few spanish songs. Lucky enough the first song to play was 'Blood, Sweat, and Tears'. She absolutely loved that song. So much she knew most of the choreography.
As she showered, she began to sing her lungs out, even if her pronunciation wasn't the best.
It took her 20 minutes to finish up, she would've finished earlier, but the music that played wasn't helping.
