Why can't I hate you,
When it still pains my heart?
Why can't I hate you,
When our worlds are all apart?
Why can't I hate you,
When all the letters you tore?
Why can't I hate you,
When that love is no more?
We have gone different ways
But my heart still beats for you,
Everyday I dream of togetherness,
But I know it won't be true.
Everyday there is sorrow,
Everyday I weep and cry,
Everyday there is some hope,
That our love did never die.
Our love had seen the springs,
In winters were you with me,
Even in the stormy nights,
Your face was all I could see.
The touch of your trembling lips,
The softness of your skin,
Our love knew no bounds,
Even if it was a sin.
True was our love or was it fake,
Was it a joke for you?
I know we won't meet again,
But my heart still aches for you...
