Taylor threw her hands up.
"This is too much. You can't fly back already." Taylor yelled, tears starting to form in her eyes.
"Yes I can! I've been here long enough and I want my normal life back. All this sneaking around is too much!"
"You're my best friend." Taylor sighed, letting a tear slip.
"This isn't the kind of life I want to live. Of course I want to help you, that's why I came here in the first place. I promise I won't say anything to anybody when I go back, just please, listen to me. Can't you understand, Taylor?"
"Of course I understand! You want to expand your career. I want to even have a career anymore. But you've been here with us for years, Karlie. The plan has worked so well, I don't think I can do this alone."
"Of course you can. I'll still send you some things if you ever need anything. My plane leaves at 2:00, and I don't want to be fighting when I leave." Karlie said, letting her voice go quiet.
"I know, I get it. I'm sorry." Taylor muttered. "You really should get saying goodbye to Brin soon, you have to leave in 30 minutes."
"I'll go do that." Karlie said, running up the stairs to Brin's bedroom.
Taylor sighed. Why was this getting so complicated? Ever since he came back, almost everything has gone downhill. I can't do this, not with Brin leaving too.

Earlier this week-"Hey, what's up?" He said, smiling over to Taylor.
"Not much, I guess. Why do you ask?"
"Well, I have some news. I'm sorry. I really am. Next week I'm going to be taking Brin." He mumbled.
"You what? That's kidnapping! You can't do that!" Taylor screamed at him.
"It's not kidnapping if it's my kid too, Taylor." He rolled his eyes.
"Still! I've had her all her life! Why do you need her? Nobody can know she exists!" Taylor yelled.
"My management team found out. Jake told them. He wasn't too pleased with that little 'date'." He sighed.
"That's not fair." Taylor started to cry.
"Hey, it's okay. I won't let them know you're here. I've been gone too long, people are starting to question it. I have to go back before Jake says anything else." He said, hugging her.
"I still wanted Brin to be here, to be safe." Taylor said, hugging him back.
"We leave next week Wednesday. I should be able to bring her back within a few weeks, after I've finished all these interviews. I promise, Taylor. I won't let them find you."
He said.Taylor smiled for a split second and walked away from him to sit down.
"So, you're leaving?" Karlie asked, walking into the living area and looking at him.
"Yeah, I guess I am." He said, frowning as he finished his sentence.

Taylor was snapped out of her thoughts as Karlie and Brin ran downstairs together.Brin was crying really loudly, and to Taylor's surprise, so was she.
Karlie frowned and patted Brin's back before walking over and hugging Taylor.
"I'm sorry, Taylor. This was really bad timing and I should've told you sooner." Karlie sighed.
"You should've, and yes, it was. That said, I forgive you, and I'm really sorry for getting mad at you." Taylor smiled.
Karlie hugged them both one last time before smiling and walking towards the door.
"So, you're leaving?" Taylor asked.
"Yeah, I guess I am." Karlie said. She then walked out the door and waved goodbye one more time before closing it behind her.
Taylor and Brin stood there for awhile, saying nothing, doing nothing, just watching the door where Karlie walked away, maybe for forever.
The worst part of that was Taylor knowing that he and Brin would be the next to walk away.
