2 weeks passed after the whole thing from the party and autobot gang, all (y/n) thought about was seeing Ironhide again.

Out of those 2 weeks she's only ever seen Sideswipe but only briefly as he didn't see her but she seen him out on the street, just walking by.

(Y/n) sat there in the park after school on Friday as she took in the surroundings. Children running around. The sun at its climax. Teenagers playing frisbee or football. The parents conversating among themselves. A familiar man making his way towards her as she looked at the stylish and flashy fashion the man had and smiled a little.

It was Jazz, and trotting up behind him was Sideswipe.

"Hey, guys." She said standing up to the men

"(Y/n). Looking good." Jazz smiled as he embraced her

"Thanks, and same to you two." She softly chuckled embracing him back before pulling away

"How come you haven't come over?" He asked

"I'm sorry guys. I really am but I just got so caught up in school and homework and just a lot has happened, I rarely even had any off-time." She said looking at them

"Well guess who's getting a break." Sideswipe smirked poking her side in a playful manner

"That would be great." (Y/n) said with a small smile

"Listen, (y/n).. Ironhide hasn't been so hot after you went home, we know what happened with your friend and all not too long ago but it would mean a lot if you just... Bonded with him."

(Y/n) looked at him to see the frown on his lips, he wasn't being all spunky like usual. It must have been serious. "Y-yeah. Of course." She nodded

"What he means is, even though you just broke up with your mate we want you to give Ironhide a chance. He wasn't himself after you left and we think he made some sort of connection with you." Sideswipe said

"What do you mean 'not himself'?" She frowned a little concerned

"He's not all the way there sometimes, like he's thinking most of the time. We barely see him because he leaves for days at a time before coming back and we have no idea where he goes or what he's doing and we usually tell each other what's the plan." Jazz explained

"Haven't you tried following him?" She asked

"Keep up with Ironhide?" Sideswipe scoffed "He's like a ghost, he'll be there one minute, the next.. Who knows where."

She slightly nodded in understanding "Alright. Well let's go then."

"What?" They asked

"Let's go." She said gesturing forward "If we wanna get downtown before the sun goes down."

They nodded as they walked out of the park and down the streets of Chicago.

The sun was up just enough to cast long shadows when they arrived as Ratchet, Mirage, Bumblebee and Optimus sat at the table. They all looked up at the 3.

"(Y/n)!" Bumblebee smiled

"Hey guys." She smiled

"We were beginning to think you forgot us." Crosshairs said as he walked out from a hallway

"Forget you guys? Please." She said lightly folding her arms as Bumblebee, Jazz and Sideswipe laughed a little.

Crosshairs smirked but walked back into the hallway as he pounded a fist on a door "Ey! Ironhide! Get up! You got a visitor, get out 'ere."
