The Fall Of Us (Cancelled Series But It's Out There Now)

"We have to leave town now!" Rogers says. "They're too many of them!"

His voice is muffled by the sounds of blaster fire from the Gavordion rifles but I was still able to hear him.

Nick, Olivia, and Mariah all look terrified that they have to leave. They haven't said their goodbyes to their parents or siblings because they're afraid that they'll get killed. So they know that they have to come along, now that they're aquatinted with me. I feel bad that they're basically outlaws now.

That was about an hour ago. We barely escaped them and they had to go back to try to save that hideous monster. We on the other hand, we're going to leave Reno. There's only one thing I have to check first.

We're driving to see if Emily is still alive. I'm riding shotgun, Rogers is driving, and Nick, Olivia, and Mariah are in the back. It got really silent.

"Um, hey. You guys know that you can leave anytime you want." I say but mostly focusing on Olivia, because I still don't know why she's still here. She wouldn't speak to any one of us. It's probably because of Emma's death that she's been this way. Finally she speak only once throughout this ride.

"They killed my best friend right in front of me. They're gonna pay." She says.

I stare at her for awhile. I've never seen this side of her. Scared but filled with revenge. At least it's better than her before. Nick doesn't look bad at all. He looks determined, like he said when we were younger, he'll always be by my side no matter what. I like that. Then there's Mariah. In udder shock. She looks at me and I look back. She tries to put on a fake smile but I can tell it's fake. I smile back.

"Here we ar- What the?!"

Rogers interrupts himself to look ahead at my house as we stop.

No. No, it can be.

The house is up in flames, everything ruined. I get out so I can see if Emily made it. I check everywhere around the house and inside. I don't find her body. She didn't make it.

I'm filled with rage. I know I haven't been the nicest to her but I wish I was nice to here this morning. She left this world feeling scared for my life. I can't believe that the Gavordions could do something like this. I will kill them all. For her.

I give Rogers a look and he understands immediately. We all get in and head towards a new town or city. Where ever that could be. Rogers said he's never been to Oregon so we'll go there. We stop by a motel in the middle of nowhere to fix ourselves up. Give us a new look. The Gavordions that were in battle with us at the school got ahold of what we look like. Rogers says that they have excellent memory so they know who we look like. What's next, they'll be able to shape-shift or something?

The motel looks awful. The place smells of mold, everything has dust on it, the bed is poorly made, and the mirror has a crack in it.

"Alright, I'll give you new haircuts. Rose is first." Rogers says.
Nick interrupts. "Wait, can't I just put my hair down?"

"Oh, uh. Yeah, I think that's fine." Rogers replies.

Nick gets thrilled that he can let his hair down. He takes out his hair-tie and his hair falls down to his shoulders. He looks relieved and sits down on the bed and turns on the TV to see if the news covered this whole event.

My new hairstyle looks kind of cute. It's shaved on all sides except the top, the top is longer than those sides. Olivia can't cut her hair because it's a bit too short. She'll just have to live with it. Mariah gets her hair cut short from her shoulders to her chin, then Rogers makes it like an afro looking thing. It looks super cute and she blushes when she comes out of the bathroom.

When we all changed the hairstyles, Nick motions us to come over and check the TV. We all do at it's a news report of the school.

It's in ruins. My hometowns' school in rubble. Glad no one else got to see this in action.

"Act of terrorism strikes the small city of Reno," The anchor says. "Police found two bodies and these items."

The news pulls up several photos of the Def Leppard shirt Nick was wearing that got torn off, the necklace Olivia was wearing, and my phone. It must've fallen out of my pants because it's all smashed. I check my pockets and the one that had my phone now has a hole.

"The police checked all the homes around the school and found that the necklace belongs to Olivia Stone and the phone belongs to Rose Ziegler. Both are held responsible for this and are the main suspects of this case. Speaking of, they have kidnapped a girl named Mariah Meeks and are most likely holding her hostage for unknown reasons. Their friend Nick Hanson is also a suspect according to the police. They said that the shirt belongs to him. More of this story as it develops."

I can't believe it. We're fugitives now.
