The Fall Of Us (Cancelled Series But It's Out There Now)

I wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. No one else is awake so I careful move Mariah off of me without waking her. I get dressed for the day, some short shorts and a shirt Mariah traded with me last night. It's so cute and it's her favorite shirt, it has a cute little cupcake on it with glitter for frosting.

I walk towards the living room and turn on the TV, hopefully thinking that nothing came on about us.
I put it on the local news station and listen in. Nothing but just what I'd expect. Rogers comes out fifteen minutes later and sits down across from me.

"Anything yet?" He asks.

"Nothing yet, thankfully." I reply.

We continue looking until I spot something on the screen. I have to squint to actually see it. Then, I finally figure out what that is.

It's a Gavorin warship.

I turn to Rogers in horror. He looks back with concern, then pause the TV using the DVR.

"Um, d-did you see that?!" I say while studdering.

"Yes. I did," He says with a scared face. "We need to know where it's headed so we can stay as far away from that."

"Agreed."

Olivia comes out five minutes later looking like she's thinking of something. She looks at me with a concerned look.

"Hey, I had a horrifying dream last night." She says.

"What happened?" I ask.

"Well all I saw was my necklace," She says. "Then, it shattered and visions of all of us dead on the ground. It was so awful."

So she's not the only one with dreams like that.

"I've actually had a dream kind of like that but Xanthus came to me in my dream." I say.

Rogers looks frightened.

"How come I didn't know about this, Rose?!" Rogers shouts.

"I didn't know that it was such a big deal!" I yell.

Rogers rubs his eyes. "No, that means he's close to Earth. He's trying to get to you emotionally and to tear your friends apart."

"Oh. . . Yeah. That's not good. Anyways, Olivia. What do you think it means?"

Olivia looks at me with determined eyes.

"I have to get my necklace back." She says.

After all of us hear what Olivia dreamt last night and it's significance, we all agreed that, despite it's risks, we will go back to Reno.

Me, Rogers, and Olivia plan to go back while Mariah, Nick, James, and Dan stay back to monitor our situation from the side lines.

Saying goodbye to Mariah is painful. We're in the bedroom for some alone time while everyone else gets ready. She cries as soon as she hugs me on the bed and I cry as well. We both cuddle while she's on top of me.

"I don't want you to go." She whispers.

"I have to keep Olivia safe Mariah." I whisper back.

I look longingly into her eyes and we then start to kiss. I grab her back and she grabs my head as we continue to kiss. We even try french kissing and it's even better than kissing. I feel all weak and we soon get a little bit too ahead of ourselves. We start to take off our shirts while she's on top of me. Then we both hear a knock on the door and quickly put our shirts back on, both blushing while we look at each other before I get up to answer the door. It's Olivia.

"Hey, um. Sorry to bother you but we're ready." She says.

I nod and we all head out. I enter the back of the truck and Olivia comes up with me. Rogers asks if we're all set and I say yes. Luckily, Olivia packed my things so I'm good.

I watch Mariah as we drive away. I'm actually glad she's not coming with us.

I don't want her to die at all.
