I woke up to my phone buzzing.
I reached out and grabbed it from my dressing table fumbling to see who was calling before my alarm.

"Hello..?" I mumbled sleepily.
"OLIVIA GET UP WE ARE IN THE FINALS TODAY!" Frankie shouted down the phone. I had to remove the phone from my ear to avoid deafness.

"Wooooh!" I said with as much enthusiasm I could before I had my morning coffee.

"Also!! Hunter's got a date with his girllfriennndddd after schoooooll!!" Frankie says in a sing song voice. Okay that was enough to get my attention.

I heard in the background a "Shut up Frankie!" Definitely from Hunter.

"Awwwww.." I gushed.
"I know!! They are staying home during the match and mums going out so it'll be just them..." Frankie starts squeaking but the phone gets cut off. The last thing I heard was a "Frankie I swear to God!" So I had a feeling it was something to do with her twin.

I get up, shower and straighten my hair. Then I pick out a nice summery outfit of shorts and a cropped t shirt and apply some make up.

When I eventually get down the stairs I hear the clinking of cups against saucers. I pop my head round the kitchen door and see my father and Emily sharing a morning coffee together.

"Emily!" I smile surprised. Today was one of her days off so I hadn't expected to see her. However I hadn't seen any of her cleaning stuff in the hall and she wasn't in her uniform. She had on a floral dress and leggings, what a beautiful look.

"Good morning!" She replied.
I felt an itching in my back and reached up by my neck pulling a face.

"Something wrong?" Emily asked.
"I think I have left a tag on my top. I haven't worn it since I bought it." I respond still reaching for this tag.

"Oh the problems of having too many clothes. Here let me help." Emily suggests and gets some scissors out the kitchen drawer. Of course she knew where they were kept. Of course.

She lightly pushes the hair off my back and snips the tag off. Instantly it feels better.

"Better?" She asks.
"So much! Thanks." I nodded and hugged her. I don't really know why, maybe it's because I just felt like she'd like it, and she did and I did. A lot. She stroked my hair as she embraced me whole heartedly.

She lets go and I look at my dad who was looking dumbstruck, then I glanced at my watch to see I better get going as Miles was taking me to school.

"Ive got to go. I love you dad!" I called and let myself out the house.
"Yeah..love you too kiddo." He replies but he's still looking stunned.

As I'm walking out of the house a slick black car parks up and an even slicker guy got out of it. Miles was wearing shades and a red jacket. What a glorious morning, I could tell this was gonna be a good day.
