At lunch Joelyy saw her lunch group as she walked into the cafeteria. Mia, Ryder, Shawn, Lulu, Chris, and Jane all sat around the table laughing and talking with one another.
Joelyy had walked into lunch late because she had to wait for her friend, Jane to leave the bathroom before she was able to walk out and clean up. She was very nervous about eating with he friends today because her eyes were still very red and anyone could easily tell something was wrong."Joelyy," she heard from her table. She waved not looking at them, knowing it was Ryder calling her. The whole time in line to get food, Joelyy tried calming down. She grabbed her food and walked over to where her table was.
"Hey guys," she said sitting down in-between Ryder and Mia, trying to keep her hair over her face.
"Where have you been," Ryder questioned looking her in the eyes, ", and why the heck have you been crying. Who do I need to kill. Oh God was it Ryan. I thought I taught him to leave you alone the first time. I'm going to kill him. Where is he. I need to fin-"
"Ryder!" Joelyy shrieked." I'm fine. Nothing happened. Ryan didn't talk to me nor touch me. And the only person I would like you to kill right now is mother nature because she hates me this time of month." She lied. Not only is she not fine but it was Ryan. It was all Ryan. The texts, the boys, the lies, the hurt. He was doing it.
Ryan was mad from what had happened last year. Because of that he stared texting Joelyy threats. That's how it stared any way. It went from simple texts to guys showing up at her workplace asking for a goodtime. Rumors were also going around her soccer team about her being a cheater and a slut. Joelyy didn't even feel safe in her own team. She hadn't even told Mia that."Oh. Okay. But are you sure it's not something else. You had your period like two weeks ago. I may be a guy but I don't think that's ok." Ryder rambled.
"I promise Ry." Joelyy said.
"Okay," Ryder said not fully convinced, "but you know if something does happen you can always come to me. Right Joe?"
"Yeah. I know" Joelyy simply replied. She had a large debate going on in her head. Should she tell him?
