We had been running for a while now. Thought it felt like forever. We had finally made it to a cave, not really sure how we found it in this blizzard, but we did.
We stared at each other for God knows how long, until Hige's stomach growled quite loudly.
"Hungry?" Tsume asked, a hint of laughter in his voice. Hige nodded as Kiba spoke.
"It's okay, we are all hungry." Kiba said as he continued. "I lasted a whole month on a full moon once." We all started in shock, until the runt spoke up.
"Name's Toboe, what's yours." He said to no one in particular.
"Hige."
"Kiba."
"Codi."
"Ariss." I said last as Tsume scoffed.
"I'm not telling you guys anything." He said as Codi quickly glared at him. For some reason this either scared him, or he was a really good lier. He took on a deep breath and responded in defeat. "Tsume."
Hige quickly rose as his nose smelled something.
"Food!!!" He gasped as he ran out, following his nose.

"A rotted deer?" Tsume said, obviously disgusted at the sight. I shrugged, along with Codi as we dug into the deer.
"It's better than nothing." Kiba stated as he knelt down alongside of Hige and took a bite.
"It's not half bad." Toboe said as he stuffed another piece into his mouth.
"I can't do this. I'm out of here." Tsume said as Toboe got up and ran after him. They were too far for me to hear but they kept walking until Toboe came back.

Great, now we get to go after both Toboe and Tsume. This should be fun.
My eyes widened as Kiba bolted forward attacking the metal robot that almost killed Toboe and Tsume. Codi rushed towards Tsume as she helped him up.
"Get them out of here." I yelled at Hige and Codi as they nodded, obviously not wanting to fight. I looked to see the robot follow Kiba as he ran up the mountain. His shots were on target, if Kiba didn't keep moving he would be back on the ground before he could figure out what happened. didn't notice that it was looking at me until Kiba jumped down. It kept looking at me, wondering if I was a target or not. I kept looking at it, wondering if I should move. Before I could, Kiba jumped down and bit its weak spot. It's eyes turned off as he turned to me.
"Are you okay?" Kiba asked as a nodded, wondering what just happened.
"Yeah." I said in defeat, why didn't it attack me.
"What are you?" He asked, obviously noting that the Mech didn't shoot at me.
"I honestly don't know.." I said as Kiba smiled and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
"We will find out." He said walking in the direction everyone else did.
We finally met up with the pack and we ran towards the direction of the scent of lunar flowers.
Not caring what we ran into. We would find a way to Paradise, no matter how far or how long it will take.
Honestly, I'm ready for whatever our little pack can take.
