"They're gonna notice, Lottie." Amber said as she flipped through the channels. "Oh! Keeping up with the Kardashians is on!"
"No they're not. Everything is worked out." I turned to the tv, it was a rerun where Kim was giving birth to North. "Can you change it? I already seen this."
"I haven't." Amber turned up the volume. "Do you really believe that two weeks is enough time?"
I shrugged my shoulders. "It may not be two months, but it's something."
Amber nodded. "You know you're lucky that I'm going away this week to Miami for two weeks to be precise." I nod. "But what are you gonna do when your parents call and ask to talk to you?"
"Make something up. Tell them I'm in the bathroom or something."
"And what if my parents pick up?" Amber raised an eyebrow.
"Then we'll be screwed."
"Oh no, you'll be screwed bitch. You're the one whose leaving the state." Amber spoke with a bitchy attitude.
I rolled my eyes. "Whatever, are you helping me or not?"
"I'll help you. Even though I think it's the stupidest idea ever, I'll help you."
"Thanks Amber. You're the best." I smiled.
"I know." She smiled. "Just promise me one thing."
"What?"
"If you see Ryan Gosling, get me an autograph."
I laughed. "Sure thing."

Today was finally the day. The day that I'm leaving with Hayley to California. I hope everything works out as planned. "Mom! I'm leaving!" I shouted as I carry my bags down the stairs.
"Are you sure you don't want me to drive you there?" My mom asked.
"It's a three hour drive to Miami mom. Are you sure you wanna do that?"
"She's right June. Besides, we have plenty of stuff to do around here." said dad with his eyes glued to his laptop.
"I just want to make sure she gets there safe."
"I'll be fine mom. Stop worrying so much." A car horn was heard from outside. "That's Amber."
"Let me help you with those bags." Dad put away the laptop and carried my suitcases to Amber's car. "Why so many bags anyways?"
"One bag for my bikinis, towels, clothes, shoes and the other bag is for my bras, underwear and flowercrowns."
"You couldn't fit all that in one suitcase?" He places the bags into the trunk.
"Dad, my boobs and butt are as big as Jupiter! It's impossible to fit my bras and underwear in the same suitcase as my clothes and shoes."
"Charlotte, don't be dramatic." Mom cut in. "You're fine just the way you are. Besides you should be proud of your curves, man and gay women loves a girl with curves."
I rolled my eyes and gave her a half smile. "Love you mom." I giggle.
"I love you too sweetheart." She hugs me tight and gave her a small kiss on the cheek. We broke apart and hugged my dad before getting into the car with Amber. California, here I come.
