"Angel?" Scamp whispered, nuzzling the golden puppy. Who was now lying on the ground.
"Oh, Angel..." Lady muttered with a completely hopeless expression on her face.
Tramp simply looked down in defeat.
Once he finally came to, Noname slowly approached the two.
"...Angel?"
"C'mon, Angel... you can't leave me now. We've got more squirrels to chase." Scamp told her with a small chuckle, wagging his tail slightly. Then the wagging stopped, and whimpers filled the air as Scamp nuzzled up close to Angel.
"Please don't leave me..."

"What's the problem?"
"Colette seems to think I destroyed the family. You don't think that, right?"
"No, Angel. Of course not! I'm sure she's just a little uncomfortable with a new dog in the house. I know for a fact that Mom, Dad, Junior, Anette, and Danielle all adore you!"
"Thanks, tenderfoot."

"We aren't your friends!" Angel barked.
"I like your sass, that's why you'll always be my girl."
Scamp growled and clawed Buster's cheek.
"OW!"
Buster howled, he went to a nearby puddle to look at his reflection. He growled upon looking at this cut.
"OH YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS SCAMP!"

"What are YOU crying about?"
Angel turned and faced Colette.
"Wh-at? I'm-"
"You have no right to mourn over Scamp! You put him in this mess to begin with!"

I can't take it anymore,
I've been rejected too many times.
The pain never goes away,
No one knows just how much I hurt inside.

"So.. Will you come back?"
"Scamp I- I don't know."
"Hmph, figures."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"You were always so blind to what you really need-"
"WHAT? ME?"

"YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE ME HAPPY DON'T YOU?"

"I can't believe you're back."
Angel whimpered, nuzzling the grey puppy lovingly.
"I had to find you, Angel. I'm so sorry about the things I said."

Memories flooded Scamp's mind. This adventure was definitely unexpected. It definitely broke his heart a couple of times. But there was never a point where he stopped loving Angel. Having a big family pretty much guarantees fights and complications, but he was and will always be willing to get through them for Angel.
But what does he do now?
"Angel, you-"
He paused to blink back tears.
"You're my best friend. My bestest bestest most bestest friend ever. I can't... I can't live without you... I-"
"Geez, Scamp, it's not like you to be so sappy." Said a familiar voice.
Scamp quickly lifted his head up and saw Angel looking back at him. Her beautiful violet eyes were full of life and sparkling as a gentle smile appeared on her face.
"Save the speech for when I die, 'kay?"
"Angel!" Scamp barked. His bark hadn't sounded that happy in a long time. The two quickly nuzzled each other lovingly. Overjoyed, Lady and Tramp joined the nuzzle.
Noname backed up, smiling at the reunited family. Then his smile disappeared and his ears flattened. Before he could walk away, they all turned to him.
"Noname?" Asked Angel. Noname turned around.
"You aren't leaving yet, are you?" She teased.
"But I... this was all my fault." He lamented, taking a small step closer.
"C'mon, Noname, you tried to fix it. What else can we blame ya for?"
"Yeah! And besides... you still need a home, don't you?"
Noname's eyes lit up.

"Oh, Annette~ do you see anything yet?" Colette asked in a sad tone of voice, lying on her back on the couch.
"No. They aren't back yet." Annette reported to her sister, not taking her eyes off the window next to the front door.
"What if they're DEAD?!?!?" Danielle yelped, eyes wide. Colette sighed.
"They aren't dead, Danielle. They're-"
"-Back!" Annette yelled, getting the attention of the other two.
"They're back! They're back!" The three crowded by the window and saw Lady, Tramp, Angel, and Scamp approaching the yard.
Beyond excited, the three began barking as they ran out the doggy door.
"What is it, you three?" Asked Darling.
"Do you see something?" Jim Dear added on as the couple walked to the door.
"I don't believe it!" Darling shrieked excitedly as she opened the front door.
"Angel's back! They're all back!"

"Mom! Dad!" The triplets yelled, running to them.
As Danielle and Annette told their parents about their time without them, Colette approached Angel and Scamp with guilt in her eyes.
"Angel, I'm so sorry about the way I treated you. I was just-"
"It's alright, Colette. We're family." Angel forgave the cocker spaniel that she thought of as a little sister. Colette smiled, then glanced at Noname and lost it.
"Who's that?" Scamp and Angel smiled.
"This is Noname." Scamp told her.
"H-hello." He shyly greeted.
"He's your new brother." Tramp informed her. Joining in the conversation with Lady, Danielle, and Annette right behind him.
"New brother?" Colette and Annette groaned at the thought of another troublemaker.
"COOL!" Danielle shouted.
"Now, who's this little guy?" Jim Dear asked, approaching the dogs.
"It looks like Scamp and Angel made a new friend." Darling told him.
"Well, that's nice. As long as you don't want him living he-" all of the dogs began to whimper.
Jim Dear sighed.
"Alright. But you all have to promise that this is the last one." All of the dogs quickly perked up and began wagging their tails. As if saying
We promise.

A week had past since the Darling family had become whole again. Everyone had begun to feel closer than ever before.

Angel sat on the couch in the living room, watching her new sisters play with Junior.
"So, this is your life at home, eh?" Noname asked, jumping onto the couch next to Angel.
"It's certainly a lot quieter than my previous home."
"It's nice." Angel lightly commented.
The golden pup glanced over at Noname to see that he now had a collar. A white collar with a shiny golden license that read
Rascal
Angel giggled,
"Rascal?"
"Well~ it's not exactly what I had in my mind. But I suppose it'll do."
Angel smiled, then directed her gaze towards the window by the backyard door.
"I'll be back, I'm gonna see Scamp." Angel told him, jumping off the couch and making her way outside.
"Tenderfoot?" Angel called to him, walking to the edge of the deck and sitting down next to Scamp.
"Oh- h-hey, Angel."
"What are you thinking about?" She asked him, curiosity peaked.
"Well... um..." he chuckled,
"Have you ever thought about having an even bigger family?"
Angel blinked.
"A bigger family?" Scamp's tail wagged rapidly as he smiled widely.
"Yeah! If we had a boy we could name him Champ! A-and for a girl we could-"
Angel sighed as Scamp went on and on, a smile slowly creeping up on her face.
She had hoped that their adventuring days were over.
But considering Scamp, that was a foolish assumption.
What was she going to do with him?
