MyStreet with a Zane x Nana/Kawaii~Chan Secret

The New House

A/N: When there is someone else besides Zane that's around Nana/Kawaii~Chan, she would speak in her third person, japanese honorific way.

A moving van approached the house with the address number 67. Three girls are seated on the passenger seat, all silent with different things occupying their mind.

The first is Aphmau, a tanned, black haired beauty with caramel coloured eyes. "I can't wait to move in! They'll definitely love this place! I know Kawaii~Chan is, she's always wanted to live in a big house with friends. Look at her tail wagging! SO CUTE!!! And there's Katelyn, calm and collected as usual. I wonder what she's thinking about."

A pale girl by the name of Katelyn gazes out the window, she stands out with her beautiful, long, powder blue hair. But her turquoise eyes are filled with concern. "All these houses look... expensive... Oh my Irene, please, don't make me regret letting Aphmau deal with the house hunting. There's no going back now... At least Kawaii~Chan's looking forward to it."

True to Katelyn's words, the overly pink meif'wa was excited beyond belief. "I can't believe it! This is all going according to plan! I'll get to be so much closer to Zane now! Not only that, he told me that Aaron is in the neighbourhood too!! My ship is one step closer to sailing!!!"

Needless to say though, the driver was probably weirded out the most. Every time he looked at the rear-view mirror, he could see one girl who looked a bit too happy, another looking worried with her wallet clutched in her hands, and a cat girl who went from smiling to drooling to foaming.

Looking out a window from their individual homes, Aaron, Zane, Lucinda, Cadenza, and a few other characters were wide eyed to see a moving van swerving down the road as a very loud "MY SHIP!!!" can be heard from within the vehicle.

~Arrived at the House~

"Wow, this place is amazing!" exclaimed Nana, looking at her new home from their front lawn was mind blowing. To think that she'd finally be leaving her family to live with her friends was one of the last thing she'd expect to do if it wasn't for Aphmau befriending her in high school.

A buzz on Nana's phone took her entire attention away from the house and Katelyn asking a nervous Aphmau too many questions.

"Welcome. I heard your scream. What a first impression to the neighbourhood." the text message read sent by "Zuzu".

"XD" Nana replied as she snickered at the thought of people's reactions.

"Anyway, I'm coming over in 5 minutes." Zane messaged before his status changed to Offline.

Nana held her phone against her chest, feeling her heartbeat increasing as she finally get to see Zane face to face again after so long.

Regaining her composure, Nana smiled brightly as she paid attention to Aphmau and Katelyn interaction.

"Uh- uhm.. It's a night job... I-I really d-don't wanna talk about it because I don't want word to get around to Garroth and Laurance... ummm... If they find out, they would be so mad." said Aphmau, looking at the ground most of the time.

"Wahhhhh! You can't trust us?!" Nana cried.

"Kawaii~Chan! You're the one who is snapping pictures of me and Aaron on the side! Of course, I don't trust you! But I'll live with you." Aphmau said getting defensive about her privacy.

"Aww, poo....." Nana said while mentally praising herself to be able to join the conversation without her friends noticing she wasn't entirely in on it due to her eagerly reading her text messages before.
