I got home late so I had to sneak back in. My mom was asleep so it wasn't hard. My mom just went through a surgery so she has work off for seven weeks. It's five weeks after the surgery so she's technically fully recovered, but the doctor gave her extra weeks to make sure. Fuck I'd get my brain removed to get three weeks out of school.
I made it back to my room and got back in bed. I laid there for a long time trying to go to bed?I don't know why I wasn't tired. I just wasn't and it was weird. I decided to text someone, but who. I didn't have many contacts. My friends from my old school, my mom, and kitty. I didn't feel like talking to old friends, my mom was an obvious no, and I just talked to kitty.
I remembered that I had Alex's number in my pocket. I took it out and dialed the number into my phone.
"U up"
"Yea, who this"
"Jack"
"Oh hey Jack"
"Hey, watcha doin"
"Nothin, just hangin out with Brit"
"Oh..."
"What"
"Nothin"
"Jack"
"What"
"What's up"
"Nothin"
"Ok well I gtg, Brit's getting angry"
"Mkay"
I was so pissed even though I shouldn't have been. He had a girlfriend which is normal for a popular straight guy. I didn't understand my emotions but i was not okay.
