You're at his wedding but love him~Tyler

You decided that today was the worst day in your life. It wasn't just that your best friend for whom you have feelings for years got married, everything was going wrong today. You made yourself ready for Tyler and Jenna's wedding that took place today. Actually, you had no motivation to go there, but you were going for Tyler. You looked once again in the mirror checking your appearance before you went to the wedding ceremony in the church. On the way there, you were thinking about telling him what feelings you have for him. You went through advantages and disadvantages of telling him your feelings and you decided to tell him. It wasn't really nice from you to tell him directly before the wedding but you had no other choice.

After a few minutes, you arrived at the church. You parked your car and made your way into it. On the way in Tyler's family welcomed you and you talked a bit with them, mostly with Madison. You were good friends with her and she was always really nice to you. "Is Tyler somewhere?" you asked Madison who nodded and pointed at a room of the church. "He's in there and tries to calm down a bit. He's really nervous."she told you laughing, you thanked and smiled at her and went to the room. Before you went in you knocked and heard a "Come in" from Tyler. You carefully stepped into the room and saw Tyler standing before a mirror and was trying to tie his tie.

"You look good." you told him and he turned to you smiling. "Hey (Y/N). I can say the same to you, you look really beautiful. I'm trying to tie my tie, but somehow I don't get it right." he confessed slightly laughing and looked you in the eyes as you got closer to him. "Should I help you?" you offered him and he nodded in response. You went a step closer to him and started to tie him his tie. Tyler looked the whole time at you and said not a word. After you were done you stepped back one step and you both looked at each other smiling.

"Tyler? There is one thing that I have to tell you before you get out and marry Jenna. I know that it's too late and comes unexpected but i wanted to tell you before you get married." You were nervous and Tyler looked curious and questionably at you. "You can tell me (Y/N), I hope you know that." he told you again before you started to speak.

"I know Tyler. I really appreciate that you're always there and listen to me. This is one of many things that I love so much about you. You always make me laugh or comfort me when I'm sad. You will assist me in every thing I do and you're always standing behind me. You know, I never told you but I love your eyes, they have the most beautiful brown tone in the world. You've got an incredibly beautiful smile and laugh that makes everyone happy. You're one of the most beautiful and most wonderful people I know in general and I have feelings for you for several years. Sorry that I didn't say anything before, but I just couldn't do it. I love you so much Tyler and I wanted you to know that before you get married. Sorry that i told you now but i couldn't do it before and I hope you can understand that. I want you to be happy and you're apparently with Jenna. I wish the best for you two..." Tyler looked at you incredulously and you were going out of the room. After you had closed the door behind you, you breathed slowly in and out before you were looking for a place where you could sit.

You sat in the front row next to Madison and talked with her while Tyler went to the altar and there he stood lost in his thoughts. The music began to play and Jenna came along the aisle with her father who brought her to the altar. She had a smile all over her face and Tyler had just a little smile on his face. You found that a little strange because he was about to get married but you worried about it no more. The ceremony began and you pulled yourself together to not break into tears as the man of your dreams was about to marry another woman. During the ceremony you sometimes sang songs or further listen to the pastor until it came to the major and last part.

"I now ask Jenna Black, Do you want to take Tyler Robert Joseph to your husband? Promise to honor him and promise to love him forever, in good and in bad times, till death tear you apart?" The pastor now looked at Jenna. "Yes, I will." she replied happily before the pastor continued. "And do you, Tyler Robert Joseph also take Jenna Black as your wife? Promise to honor her and promise to love her forever, in good and in bad days, till death tear you apart?" The pastor looked at Tyler now but he didn't respond. He briefly looked at Jenna and then turned around to look at you. He looked indecisive and he didn't know what to do. He turned back to the front and apologetic looked at Jenna.

"I'm sorry, Jenna, but I can't marry you..." he said before he went outside. You heard the people whispering things to each other while he went out and Jenna began to cry. To be honest you were really sorry and you went to her to comfort her a bit with Madison. Clearly, you found it a bit great that they're not getting married but you were really sorry somehow. As you arrived at your house again, you were surprised who sat in front of your door. You slowly got out and went to your front door. There he sat and looked at you slightly smiling.

"Hey." welcomed Tyler you while he stood up and went over to you. "Hey." were you mumbling and didn't really knew what to say now. "Why are you here Tyler? And why did you left Jenna at the altar?" you asked surprised and looked him in the eyes. "I couldn't say 'yes', I just couldn't do it because I realized that I love another woman. It hasn't really become clear to me before, but I figured it out today. I love you (Y/N). I came here to get away with you. To live in another country, to be there with you and to plan a future with you. You said that you want me to be happy and I'm happy with you by my side. Please let us just leave together." he took your hand in his and looked deep into your eyes.

To be honest, you were a bit overwhelmed and speechless, but after a few seconds you got clear thoughts. "Right now?" you asked him untrustworthy and he nodded smiling. You were also smiling and quickly went into your apartment to pack everything together. After a few minutes, you came back out with a stuffed suitcase. Tyler went over to you and took off the case from you to place it in the trunk of his car. You two got in and looked at each other again smiling. "Are you ready?" he asked you, grinning. "Yes I am" his smile got bigger and you started your new future together with Tyler.

Your opinion about today was different now but you had to say that your day had become not so bad as you actually thought.
