Soon it was secret Santa day. We all met up after school to exchange gifts. Emma opens hers and my face embraced itself with love seeing her enjoy the tension of what she recieved,which was a blue bunny from my sister. I then received mine as well and it was from Emma. I was anxious to open the gift but I didn't want to ruin what was in the wrappings so I opened each carefully. One of the wrapped gifts contained body wash which smelled elegantly sweet,a pink sponge with a brown stick attached and a sweet petit lotion and as I looked over at the gifts I ask her,"Is it because you think I smell bad?" and her face grew with a timid laughter, I think I made her feel a bit uncomfortable. I then opened one more it was a hand made pink stocking with a botton on it that said 'keep Christ in Christmas' and I told myself,I love God,it made me really happy. One more to open and it was in a small paper bag that looked as if for a cookie and it was in the stocking and so I opened it. My face felt red and burning and even though in a caramel skin color u can tell when I blush. As I toke out the crystal-like bracelet I was really happy to the heart and I was filled with so much love,it was beautiful and would probably remind me if her so I put it on and kept it on.
Winter break was okay,I just thought if all the things that happened this year,such as the vegetarian phase for KC and this weird spark for Emma. The first of January was KCs birthday but she was too far out of state to even say happy birthday and I really didn't even care,but I did tell myself to be strong and friendly and to not let the past become anger in me but love. So I wished her happy birthday.
