I was eager to talk to Jaebum the next day. Whatever it was, I felt the desperation to clear things out. He wasn't at the Hotel that time so I decided to surprise him with the help of Sophie. I decorated his room with candles and brought in food, and kept waiting for him.

He was supposed to come back during the afternoon for a break, then leave again for a photo-shoot in a few hours. When the clock passed 4 and there was still no sign of him, I knew he had gone directly to the shoot. The candles synced with my hopes and both of them went out together. But I knew I couldn't be disappointed just yet. I had to mend things. So I brushed off my feelings and went to get more candles from downstairs. I saw Jaebum's car stop by the front doors. I smiled a sigh of relief as he got out, but he went ahead to open the other door. And 'She' came out. They were by themselves. I hid behind a big tree and watched them as they went to the pool. All my expectations had shattered. I would've given up and went back home, instead I decided to face this head-on.

As I started stomping to the pool, I saw Jaebum running towards my way. Seeing me he ran even faster halting right in front of me, practically breathless.

"Oh thank god, I found you here. Y/N, help me. She's here!"

*Okay what the hell was that?*

"Calm down, what happened?"

"Okay so she threatened manager-nim that if I don't follow what she says, she will make a big scene at the event in front of the sponsors. He was scared because, well, she is truly powerful in that area, so he couldn't risk any dramas in front of the sponsors. Hence I am asked to follow whatever she says. Today after practice she came up to me and told me to take her somewhere. I told her I have to go the photo-shoot hoping she would leave but she said she'll accompany me. So I went there directly. And now she says to take her for dinner. I had no freaking intention of anything as such so I decided that bringing her here would be the best option since you're here. Please Y/N, get rid of her somehow. I am completely fed up. Just two days and she'll be gone for ever. Help me!" He said as he looked at me with pitiful eyes.
