Hey.
I'm Amanda Rodman. I'm not gonna do the whole, "How's it going?"or "How are you?" Thing, because I'm pretty sure that we both know: Life is pretty complicated.
Anyway, about me. Um, let's see, my adoptive father, Will Rodman, is a scientist at Gen-Sys, a science laboratory nearby. He's super smart, obviously. My dad and I live with my grandfather, Charles. He has Alzheimer's disease, so he isn't able to do a lot independently. Since I have school, and my dad has work, my dad hired a nurse to watch over him while we're gone. I love my grandfather, even though he doesn't really know a lot anymore. We have fun. He reads to me, and we play the piano together. Dad says he used to be able to play the piano really well, but now that the Alzheimer's has kicked in, he doesn't remember how to play as well as he used to.
I'm an animal person. I love any type of animal. Snakes especially. Ball pythons are the world's savior. But, I love them all, tigers, black leopards, you name it. Of course, we don't have a pet, because we would never be able to look after it, Dad says.
Well, anyway, those are some things about me. Um, I don't really have a closing line so...Bye, I guess.
