Aaron's POV

We wondered through the forest all night and I was starting to worry.

Not about us, but about Aph.

She must be worried sick about Lilith.

"Daddy," Lilith said and tugged on my pants leg since she's so little.

"Yes..?" I asked.

"Awe we going to swee mommy soon....?" She asked then yawned.

"Dont worry Lilith, we'll be back with your mom soon." I said and picked her up.

Levin and Malachi were both yawning and complaining about being tired.

I heard a sound and looked around for a place for the kids to hide.

I found a giant hole in an oak tree and told them to stay there while I checked our surroundings.

I saw a wolf running at me from the shadows, teeth bared.

"Stand down." I commanded.

The wild growled and jumped at me but I easily sidestepped and said again,

"I said, STAND DOWN."

The wolf whimpered and ran off into the shadows it had come from.

I went back to where the kids were and saw that they were watching the area the wolf ran off in.

"Its okay guys, it's gone." I said and picked Lilith up since she was falling asleep again.

I began to see smoke above the treetops and knew we were close to camp.

As we approached camp I heard Aph singing and decided to sing along.

Aphmau's POV

I sat by the fire and put more sticks in it to keep it alive.

"Aaron, you'd better be alive." I muttered.

"Aphmau, try singing for him again." Laurance suggested as he brought more sticks over.

"Fine. But if it doesn't work it'll be a waste of my time." I grumbled.

To my surprise he sang with me.

"Aaron!!" I screamed and hugged him and Lilith tight.

Then I glared at him.

"Where on earth were you?! You have no idea how worried I was!" I said and saw Lilith sleeping.

I immediately got quiet and smiled at how peaceful she looked.

"I'll take her to the tent. She needs her sleep." I said and took Lilith from Aaron's arms.

"Hey Aph, I found these two in the forest." Aaron said and stepped to the side to reveal to little boys that looked both hungry and sleepy.

"Awww! So cute! Do you guys have parents?" I asked.

"No we do not. My name is Malachi and this is my brother Levin." The pale little boy said.

"hewwo!" The blonde little boy said and yawned.

Aaron knew exactly what I was thinking.

"Well, you two can be Lilith's big brothers! I'm sure she gets lonely at times!" I said and bent down to where they were, being careful not to wake the sleeping Lilith in my arms.

"Really miss?! That would be awesome!" Malachi said excitedly.

"Weawwy?! Yay!" Levin said and hugged me.

I smiled.

I flopped onto my bed face first as soon as we got home and just wanted to go to sleep.

We like each other and admitted it but we aren't dating....
