bleh bleh ble- a new oc-

My friend was talking about making an anime when she gets the age to make one. And she is going to call it: Roses Can Be Weapons Too.

Basically it's set up where slavery is a thing and everyone is trying to find this one rose that can give you strong amounts of power. The Goddess Of Roses planted this rose for people to find, out of humor. And a boy (we haven't gave him a name yet) finds the flower and gives it to his crush.

I won't say anymore because I don't want to give much away.

But the oc I'm talking about is the villain of the story.

Name: Seiteki Akuma (Which translates to: Sexy Devil)

Age: 25

Looks: When he was younger he had blonde hair with cute hetochromia eyes (one is dark green the other is light green), but something happens (will explain later) that causes him to dye his hair black. He wears a sort of white pimp-like outfits that is loose on him, but he wears no hat with it. His is married and has a gold ring with a large red ruby with it. And he's also very pretty. And I mean. Very pretty.

Past: He was once a superhero with an incredible amount of strength. He was to retrieve the flower to give to the town he lived in. But after many years of never finding it. He grew with anger as the town people grew angry at them. Thus, he became a Villain, dying his hair black and wearing outfits you wouldn't expect him to wear.

Skip to when he was a young child: He found an adorable cat and named him Hikari, meaning Light. The cat was a small black cat that was very lazy but protective over his owner. He also had a friend who was part neko when he was younger with black hair and yellow eyes. Sadly that boy was to be never seen again from Seiketi.

Sexuality: Bisexual (leans towards men though)

Personality: He is very flamboyant and always trying to show off his body to the viewers watching. But he also has very bad anger issues when things don't go right for him. When angry he can go to the point of insanity for a short amount of time.

In the anime: He is a very rich man and he is in charge of the slavery. He has an eye for the main character, but not in the good way. He is always trying to snuggle with his cute cat, Hikari. (There will be more information, once I come up with some more :') )

Crush: The young boy he he saw when he was younger. But never knew his name.

Allies: Hikari, his wife.

Enemies: Main character, main character lover, Main character's sister (for a short amount of time. . .) His wife.
