talking to him gives me that tingly rush
that adrenaline feeling that's the same
as when i fly up in indoor skydiving
and maybe it's because he's dangerous
maybe it's because he's taken and so am i
maybe it's because of our past
maybe it's because last summer made me too cautious

but talking to him gives me that rush
and damn i missed his friendship
and i'm happy we're both not single
and i'm glad we're friends again
