 Barry's P.O.V.

I turned it my right and saw a rock shaped my a dagger headed straight for Iris. I ran. I ran as fast as I could. I was to late. I saw it pierce through her skin easily in slow motion right before my eyes and there was nothing I could do to stop it. "Iris!" I yelled out. She started falling and a ran to catch her but the floor gave out. I was in mid air and saw her falling. 10 feet away from me. It was almost like there was a window through the rocks so I could watch in horror. I started running. Swimming! Anything that might get me close enough to catch her before she hit the ground. I grabbed onto different rock pieces and anything else I could find. After an eternity of climbing and jumping I finally reached her. I scooped her up into my arms bridle style and held her close.

We fell. And fell. And fell. In slow motion. (To me at least) I just held onto her as tight as I could. When my feet hit the ground and I knew I would have to let go. I had to defeat Arthur. I unburied my head from her neck and took a look at her sweet face just in case I didn't win this battle. She was unconscious, probably because of the speed we were falling at. I frowned gently when I saw the blade of rock sticking out from her shoulder. It was already bleeding a lot and I didn't have anything to stop it. I knew I shouldn't take it out because without the right medical attention it might make it worse. It hurt my heart to see her like this. I crouched down and gently laid her on the ground. I was extra careful with her head and shoulder. Once she was on the ground I brushed the hair out of her face and placed and gentle kiss on her cheek. "Stay with me. Love you." I whispered.

I stood up and ran to find Arthur. "Flash!" I voice said from behind. I turned around and saw Arthur. "Lets finish this like men!" He declared, as he spoke a small space cleared for us to fight and a great wind storm of rocks formed around us. "This ends here!" I told him. "Very well." He replied with an evil grin. He threw rocks at me and a flashed around them. I ran left and right. Slide down, jumped up. Spun forwards, backwards. Everything I could to keep him busy. "Hold still!" He yelled out in anger. What he didn't know is that with each move, I was inching closer. And closer, to him. I spun around and saw I had a clear shot at him. I flashed past a rock blade and over to Arthur. When I reached him I didn't hesitate, I punched him square in the jaw. He flew back and all of his rock minions fell. I punched him in the stomach. He sent rocks flying for my head but I saw them coming. I moved my head to the left and twisted his arm behind his back. He kicked me in the stomach but I quickly jabbed him in the back. He punched me in the jaw and I kicked him in the stomach. Back and forth we both got in punches and kicks. I noticed the meta-human cuffs were hooked on the back of his belt. I grabbed them but received a jab in the throat. I stumbled back and tried to catch my breath. He came at me and swung with a punch but I crouched down just in time and hit him in the nose when I came back up. He stumbled back a few feet and I saw the head band around his head. Before he could react I put the hand cuffs on him and snatched the head band from off his head. I looked around expecting the storm to stop but it didn't. If anything it got worse. "Haha." He laughed evilly. "You thought that would stop me! It is programmed to do what I say. Without your silly little clip nothing will change." He finished. My eyes shot open wide. I checked all of my pockets but found no clip. What now? I asked. Then before I could move Arthur kicked the head band out of my hands and into the storm. "No!" I yelled. It was lost! In the infinite storm of rocks. Trying to find it would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. "Have fun!" Arthur said. I was about to continue fighting when I heard a yelp of pain. That sounded like Iris. "Face it Flash it's either me or her." Arthur yelled. I knew what I had to do.

I super speed punched him in the face and ran him out of the storm. I searched for the team and saw them all huddled in a group just outside the storm. "Thank goodness I thought you had died!" Cisco said. I set Arthur down next to his siblings. "Make sure he doesn't escape. Oliver do you have a clip left?" I said firmly as I tried to hold back the worry I was feeling. "My last one was destroyed and lost in the storm." Oliver said. I let out a sigh. Great. "Where's Iris?" Felicity asked. "I'm gonna go get her." I told her with as much confidence as I could muster. "No wait Barry it's to d-" Cisco started to plead but I didn't listen. I ran into the storm and through the rocks.
