Olivia Rosier has a good life. She has parents who love her, she has a little sister who loves her, she has a big home, and food and a bed and clothes and money, but best of all, Olivia is a witch.

Both of her parents attended Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry, so when Liv received her acceptance letter, it was no surprise. Her parents held a big celebration dinner, inviting all of their relatives and close friends, including the Malfoy's.

Liv's best friend is Draco Malfoy. They did everything together from when they were children. Liv's parents and Draco's parents were Death Eaters. They served The Dark Lord up until the day of his downfall. But even after The Dark Lord had disappeared, after The Boy Who Lived had lived, he will return. And Liv and Draco will do what is expected of them.

"Olivia, come down here! You don't want to miss the Hogwarts Express! It won't wait for you!" I heard my mother yell up the stairs from the kitchen. I sighed. She's right, I do need to get up, wouldn't want to miss the train...THE TRAIN! Today is my first day at Hogwarts! I jump out of bed as the smell of bacon and eggs fills my nostrils.

"Coming, Mum!" I yell as I tug on a cream coloured jumper and some black leggings, before running down the stairs three at a time and sliding into my chair at the breakfast table. My mouth waters as a large plate overflowing with food is placed down in front of me.

"Thanks" I hum before shovelling the food into my mouth. I finish in record time and hop up the stairs to finish packing for school.

I carefully lay out my books along the bottom, followed by my neatly folded school robes, extra street clothes and shoes, and all of the other necessities. I grin at my orange tabby cat, Talulah before picking her up and putting her in her silver cage. I chuckle softly as she plays with the little ball of string, enchanted to keep the mischievous cat from ever catching it.

"Need any help with that, Darling?" Dad appears in the doorway, motioning to my heavy trunk. I nod appreciatively and pick up Talulah's cage, following Dad down the stairs to the living room.

"Kings Cross Station" I yell out clearly after stepping into the fireplace and grabbing a handful of Floo Powder. Emerald flames engulf me and suddenly, I am pulled upwards, spinning and twisting in odd ways before landing on my feet in Kings Cross. I wait patiently for my parents to follow and we make our way to the barrier in between Platforms Nine and Ten.

I take a deep breathe and push my trolley straight through the wall, shutting my eyes just before impact. I half-expected to collide painfully with the wall and watch as my trunk burst open, all of my belongings flying out, Talulah breaking free from her cage and hissing irritably before scampering away, but when none of that came, I opened my eyes slowly to reveal a bright scarlet steam engine with the word Hogwarts Express written in gold on the side.

I stared in awe as the magnificent train blew a puff of steam out of the chimney. Not long after, Mum and Dad came up behind me, guiding me away to find Draco and his parents. "Hey, Mum, I didn't see Anne at home this morning. Where is she?" I ask, curious of my 9-year-old sister's whereabouts.

"She's at Nanna's. We didn't want to have to deal with waking her up early and she still doesn't know how to control her magic, we wouldn't want her accidentally setting something on fire or levitating someone's luggage, now, would we?" Dad replies, ruffling my hair.

"But she'll come with us to pick you up at Christmas" Mum added quickly before turning to find a glowing Narcissa calling her name.

"Audrey, Even" Lucius nods, greeting my parents before turning to me and offering a slight smile.

"Hello, Mr Malfoy" I grin over Draco's shoulder.

Draco and I skip off to the train to find an empty compartment. I wave to my parents as the door closes, Draco doing the same, and the one and only Hogwarts Express pulls out of the station.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, the first chapter is up:) It's really short, but I just wanted to get introductions and everything out of the way. Future chapters will, hopefully, be much longer. It's kind of weird writing a character that is younger than me -even if it's only by a couple of years- so if it sounds odd or unbalanced, that's probably why.
This is a love story (of course) but I won't specify because I want the whole thing to be a surprise or whatever. Although to the people who know me well, I think you should have a good idea of who it will be;) And even though I just started it, I can't wait until the end, because I have some pretty crazy stuff planned for this book and I'm so excited to get to writing those parts.
Well, yeah, enjoy the book and check out my profile if you want. You don't have to (but please do).
