Beca:
Today was Jesse's birthday so everyone planned on going to the beach for a BBQ. It was Friday so sadly we did have to get school out of the way first. I haven't spoken to Chloe for a while but only because we haven't had any time to hang out after school. At least we would see each other tonight.
I was in History class along with Hunter and Morgan. Jesse was in here but not sat with us, he got moved for being too loud. Thankfully we only had a few minutes left of the day. We were all going home first and then meeting up. I noticed Chloe was waiting outside of our classroom, not sure why as she never normally waits after school for us.
"Okay class, you can go" Our teacher spoke
Everyone sighed thankfully, gathering their things before heading out. Me, Jesse, Hunter and Chloe headed out to the front of the school, our group of friends always met there after school. I had got a text from Ruby saying she wasn't able to pick me up so I had to walk.
"Hey Bec, can I ask for a favour?" Chloe asked quietly
"Of course" I smiled, turning to face her
"My mum is working late and I have forgotten my house key. Could I maybe come to your house before we all meet at the beach? Don't worry if not! I would understand" She said quickly
"That's fine Chlo, don't be so nervous" I laughed
While our group sat and talked for a while, I decided to text Harry as I really didn't want to walk home. It was like a good 20/30 minute walk and I had no effort.
'Hey Harry, I know you are no longer our driver but do you think you would be able to pick me and my friend up from school?? x'
Harry now worked in graphic design for the company, I had talked to my dad about it and he agreed that Harry was too young to have such a simple job of driving. He texted back almost straight away agreeing. I love Harry, he is practically a big brother to me.
About 10 minutes later, Harry turned up. I said goodbye to Jesse and Chase who were still waiting for their parents.
"Ready Chlo?" I asked and she nodded

We had made it back to my house to see both my parents in the kitchen along with Ruby. They looked like they were arguing. I thanked Harry but walked past the kitchen with Chloe, heading out the pool area.
"Beca, come in here please" My mum said
"I will be right back" I told Chloe and she nodded
"Want to explain why we have had a call from your school about bad behaviour?" My dad said seriously
"No? I haven't even done anything!"
"You clearly have Beca otherwise we wouldn't have been on the phone for 15 minutes with the school" He huffed
"Dad, I haven't done anything wrong! I've behaved all week"
I was getting very annoyed considering he never believes anything I say, if it was Mason then he wouldn't care. Mason is just the perfect child to him.
"Cut it with all the lies! I know how you are at school and how you and all your friend act. Just pack it in with all this bad behaviour. I'm sick of telling you all the time, be more like your brother and actually behave!" He shot
"David! Stop bringing up Mason whenever this kind of thing happens. If Beca says she hasn't done anything then we need to believe her! Bec they clearly found something to complain about so just try and keep your head down okay?" My mum said softly
I only nodded, storming out the kitchen and back out to the pool area. Chloe was sat on the side with her feet dangling in the water.
"Hey all good?" She asked
"Yeah, just my dad being an asshole" I shrugged
She didn't question it, instead, we just talked for a little while before we had to leave for the bbq.

Me and Chloe were currently on our way to the beach to meet everyone when she tripped, falling down onto the grass. I couldn't help but burst out laughing while Chloe stood back up. She just looked at me with a glare, slapping my arm.
"Thanks for the help Bec" She smirked
"No problem" I laughed
"I hate you so much" She said with a small laugh
"Aw love you too Chlo"
She gave me a small smile before we carried on walking to the beach. This is the only time I've actually had a laugh with Chloe. She is always so nervous and quiet around me and with everyone so it was nice for her to by herself around me for once. I like it when Chloe is like this and not so closed off. I'm normally the one who is closed off with people but I am not a quiet person.
