Chloe:
Beca and I were currently sitting on the bleachers with Jesse, Hunter, and CR. Hunter and Cynthia were on the student council with me so I was pretty good friends with them now. Jesse and I weren't very close but we got on and talked whenever we were in a group.
We had 20 minutes before the bell went off for homeroom. I'm not too sure why we are all here so early.
"Are you going on the Spanish trip, Cynthia?" Jesse asked
"Hell yeah! Get me away from my nan for a week" She smiled and we all chuckled
CR got moved up into my Spanish class since she seemed to be good at it and was learning much quicker than she was in her old class. I honestly hated Spanish but it was either that or German.
"Are you Chlo?" Beca piped up
"Hopefully. The school has taken some money off since my family gets help with money but it's still like $400" I sighed
"We could all help out? I know it sounds like charity but it's going to be amazing and you may never get to go again!" Hunter said
I only shrugged my shoulders. I wanted to go but I also didn't want them helping me pay for it. I have a few weeks to get the money together. From my job, I have about $290 saved up from the last year so that makes it a little easier.
"I only need $110 so I should be fine" I mumbled
"I am up for helping" CR smiled and everyone else agreed
"You guys are sweet. I will pay you back, I swear!" I said quickly
I'm so glad I actually have friends this year! I never thought it would happen since last year I didn't really speak to many people. I had a few friends but nothing as close as these guys. I would like to be closer with Jesse, he was close with everyone else, esspically Beca and they had a great friendship. I don't care that me and him aren't super best friends but getting to know him better would be nice since I am close with the rest.
Beca and Hunter are getting closer as the year goes on. I don't even know why I am jealous. I don't think it's because of their friendship because I am close with them both now. I'm just so confused as to why I am jealous.
"Where is Chase? Are you guys not close with him anymore?" I asked, changing the subject
"Not really. He started hanging around with some other people. We are all still friends though" Jesse told me
Before I got the chance to reply, the bell rung loudly. Everyone groaned before heading off to homeroom.

Beca:
The school day was finally over which I could not be happier about! I was currently at home sitting in the kitchen with Mason to my left and then Jace to the right.
Everyone from my friend group was heading to the beach later since it was hot today. Plus it would start to get cold soon so we need to make the most of it. We would all meet their later, we all had to go home first and get changed.
"Can I come Beccy?" Jace asked happily
"I wish buddy but it's just me and my friends, way past your bedtime. How about we go tomorrow with Chloe and Immy?" I asked
"Yes!!" He squealed
He loved seeing Immy. They played together great and were turning out to be such best friends. I smiled at him since he looked so happy about it. We climbed down from the stool and ran off somewhere, probably to tell mum about his beach visit tomorrow. It was Saturday tomorrow so that is why I said we would go.
