"Hush little baby, don't say a word, Papas gonna buy you a mockingbird..." Her voice hypnotised the surrounding forest. All birds fell silent at the touch of her voice. Her voice softly echoed entrapping the trees and all around. "And if that mockingbird don't sing.." "Hello?" Called a male voice. "Is someone there?" He walked into sight of the singing maiden, and held his breath in shock. "M-Miss, are you alright?" He Asked moving closer to her. "Papas gonna buy you a diamond ring." She finished her lullaby and slowly lifted her face so she could see her visitor. The boy swallowed. He was entranced by her beauty. Her straight black hair flowed down past her shoulders. The Lady had soft delicate features, the kind you'd picture a woman to have. Her eyes were such a pale blue they looked like ice. She had full lips which gave a soft natural red glow. She wore a long white dress that resembled a wedding dress. It glowed fluorescent in the darkness of the forest, illuminating her features. "you know." he said as he cautiously walked next to her. "your gonna catch a cold being dressed like that.." He took off his jacket and lightly placed it over her shoulders. He shivered at the coldness that hit his fingers as they grazed her bare shoulders. She watched him intently as he did this. Slowly she stood and turned to him. The late teened boy stood like a statue watching for what she did next. They stayed like this for a few minutes, just gazing at each other. Then she slowly puts out her hand to him. Without an hesitation he took her hand. Again she turned back to the river she was previously watching, hand in hand with the boy and gazed across the it.
