Burned Out Flames

Archer's POV

Tonight was the night I was going to take her out and I'm not even the slightest bit nervous. But I hope to make her night one of the best she's ever had. I want her to remember every detail, to remember the small simple things that'll make her smile and turn red.
     Although I broke her heart the first time, I am prepared to mend it the second time and I will wait as long as she wants me to. Do whatever she wants just to win her over. I want her to be mine again and I promise to never let her go.
      Just thinking about her being in my arms again is making the hairs on my skin stand. I waited for her by my car, I didn't mind waiting. I know she's making herself look beautiful, although she doesn't need to put in much effort, it's all natural and I love it.

" Hey ". I looked up and saw her standing in front of me, she didn't have on makeup but she was so gorgeous I couldn't help but blush. " Hey ".

" Aww you're blushing ". she teased and touched my cheek gently. I closed my eyes at her warm touch. " God ", I whispered to myself.

" Stop being so cute and open the door for me please ", she chuckled. " Oh right right, You look stunning Akilah ", I opened the door for her. She got in and smiled," thank you ". I closed the door and I got in on the other side.

      I'm crazy about her but she doesn't know that. Even if I told her she wouldn't believe me, but I'll show her.
