Bittersweet Memory

1:40 am

I sit here awake.

Worries fill my head

And I can only ache,

Until I escape.

Thoughts of you fill my brain,

Like the droplets of rain.

One after another,

And I can't help but bother

To think of you often

2:00 am

Embarrassing moments fill my brain,

And trap me like some chains.

They're like a stain,

They won't come out.

And that's why I have doubts.

Moments of us fill my mind,

And because of that,

I am blind.

Blinded by the flavor of you,

Bittersweet is all I taste,

As you laced up my heart.

As I looked at you like art.

Confused and hopeful,

You are almost boastful,

As I sit and stare.

You breathe the air,

That I call woeful.

3:00 am

Because of you,

I am writing in blue,

Writing my sorrows,

About how my heroes,

Disappeared and changed.

3:26 am

Tired of being blue,

I must get rid of you,

The way you control,

Puts me in a deep hole,

Of which I can't escape.

3:32 am

I try to escape,

The hold on me is getting looser,

You're just a seducer.

I can have so much more.
