Concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others,
Compassion.
The one thing Robyn needed.
The one thing she wanted.
The one thing nobody wanted to give.
Robyn was like the ocean,
Deep and complicated,
And barely explored.
She can't change
Even if she tried.
Even if she wanted to.
Nothing was wrong with her.
She did everything "right."
She cared for others.
She was understanding.
She was kind.
Robyn wanted acceptance.
To be accepted by society,
But it wasn't enough.
But that's just it.
Society will never accept everyone.
It has never been fair.
It doesn't have to be.
She can't change.
Even if she tried.
Even if she wanted to.
She doesn't have to.
She's unique.
