Drowning in her own breaths,
She feels herself falling deeper.
Hands twitching slowly,
Hurricane of emotions.
Being completely helpless
As her stomach twists and turns.
Her thoughts get deeper,
She tries to keep her composure.
As her body tries to betray her order.
A battle between mind versus body
And yet, no one notices,
Except her.
Can she hide what she can't control?
Or is no one paying enough attention?
Her composure holds up,
As her battle continues.
No one bats an eye.
No one asked why.
Her mind battled it out,
But atlas, her body won.
Tears start to fall
As her disguise crumbles apart.
People start to turn,
To see she lost the battle.
The battle no one noticed.
