You lied on a bed in the hospital, still unconscious. You were recovering quickly and the doctors told everyone that you would be awake in no time. But no matter how many times the doctors told your friends and family that you were fine, they still worried about you. Some more than others. Everyone sat at Granny's together. They had gotten food but nobody was eating it. They were just picking at it and looking sad. Of course it upset Granny a whole lot because it was a waste of her delicious food!
"Are they really sure that, y/n will be alright?" Sherlock asked for the thousandth time.
Killian shrugged, "I have absolutely no idea." He admitted.
Emma sighed, "She'll be fine. I say that she'll be awake and walking around again by this evening or early tomorrow morning." Emma said.
"I hope you're right." Killian said.
Emma rubbed his back comfortingly but he kept his sorrowful expression. Silence fell over the group and they all just sat there for what seemed like hours.

You woke up and slowly peeled your eyes open. You found that you weren't in the Enchanted Forest anymore and that you were in a hospital.
"Ah! Good to see you awake!" A doctor said catching your attention.
"How long have I been out?" You asked.
"About a day at the most." He said.
You nodded and let him give you a check-up. Once he was done he smiled at you.
"Well you're all good to go. You can leave whenever you'd like to." He said.
You smiled, "I'd like to leave now please."
The doctor nodded, "I thought so."
The doctor cleared you and you left the hospital. You walked out into the familiar Storybrooke air and smiled. You went to your apartment first so that you could put on a comfortable outfit. You walked in and pulled out your key. You unlocked the door and pushed it open. Stepping inside you smiled. It felt good to be back home after what you'd just been through. You slipped on a new pair of clothes and then walked out of your apartment. You stepped back outside and decided to look for your friends and family. The first and most obvious place to look would be Granny's.
You walked down the sidewalk and as you approached the diner, you saw Killian and Emma rush out. Their heads turned in your direction and Killian rushed over to you. He wrapped you into a hug and you felt like crying."You're alright, love!" He exclaimed.
"Of course I am. Thanks to you." You said smiling.
Killian pulled away and you saw a smirk on his face. "Not just me, love."
You gave him a confused look but he stepped aside as two more people emerged from Granny's. You gasped and covered your mouth with your hand. There stood John Watson and the one person you had hoped to see, Sherlock Holmes. You ran straight towards him and he turned just in time to smile and you both embraced in a hug. You looked into his eyes and the smile you had on your face was brighter than ever before.
"You're back!" You said as tears started to drip down your cheeks.
"Yeah. I am." He said trying not to cry as well.
You stood up on your tip toes and pressed your lips against his. You didn't care that everyone was watching. You had your true love here with you. And that was the best thing ever!
