Meaning: Mistake In Japanese
Elena's POV
V blankly stared at me, making me feel tense.
"Well?" I said softly.
"I like her....friend?" V questioned.
Oh, crap. He might've not actually have understood my question a bit. I thought, clutching the side of my skirt and bit my lip.
"Shaian ga sukidesu ka? Yūjin ijōdesu ka?"(Do you like Cheyenne? More than a friend?) I asked saying it all slowly, hoping he understood.
"Wae?" Taehyung questioned slightly after.
I scrunched up my face and felt frustration. I'll maybe need to learn Korean somehow enable to speak more with BTS.
"Because.....I want to know." I said, making weird hand motions.
"Ah! Ani!" Tae said, smiling innocently. (no!)
My jaw dropped and I rolled my eyes back, blinking uncontrollably.
"Okay, good to know," I muttered, slouching as I stood.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and I panicked. I quickly ran over and slowly opened it, peeking my head out first. I was surprised to see Kookie, but no Cheyenne.
"Jungkook? Where's Cheyenne?" I ask quietly.
"S-She went bathroom." Jungkook replied.
"Then, ah, why are you here?"
"A-Ah, Taehyung?"
"Taehyung's behind me!"
"?"
"Oh for goodness sakes!"
I closed the door and turn back to see a clueless V. He looked at me straightly and made a confused look.
"I need to go....," V said, pointing towards the door.
"N-No! I have to--Woah!" I exclaim, feeling the door swing open behind me and send me flying towards Taehyung. He catches me and we fall over together, me on top of him.
I looked back immediately and see a shocked Cheyenne and Jungkook, both of them staring at us. Cheyenne's shocked face turned into a frown. Jungkook had a face of seemingly mixed emotions.
"What happened?" Cheyenne asked.
"It's not what it looks like! Promise! He caught me when I fell, so," I say getting up hurriedly. "Nothing happened, I swear! Right, Taehyung?!" I ask. He nods instantly.
"I see. Sorry, I had a thought it was something else. I now know it's not. Anyway, the members have to perform...," Cheyenne mumbles.
The two BTS members leave quietly and I'm only left with Cheyenne and her uncomfortable silence.
"I have to go too. Sorry, Elena," She says, leaving.
Great, so I'm alone. Again. My plan totally backfired.
