~Kayla~
I pull into up to Sam's house and sat in the car for a minute. I really don't want to break up with Sam because of Andre, but I also don't wanna cut Andre off because of Sam.
Honestly Sam in the love of my life and we have been through so much together and he takes care of me. But if he is gonna flip out cause I'm hanging out with another guy then I don't know.
I ran my fingers through my hair pulling the keys out of the ignition. I go into the house seeing the living room empty.
I go upstairs hearing small giggles from Ryan. I walk into the room seeing Sam with Ryan running around in his onesie.
Sam was watching him till he saw me. I set my things on the dresser then Sat down on the floor with Ryan.
"Auntie!" Ryan yelled making me giggle. He attack me into a hug. "Guess what!?" He said bouncing up and down.
Before I even had a chance to answer Ryan spoke again. "Sammy gave me 5 Oreos!" He said with a big smile on his face.
"Wow." I said slightly glaring at Sam and Sam held his arms up in defense.
"I'm reaaaaaalllllllyyyy thirsty. I need something to drink. Can I have some apple juic- WAIT no chocolate milk!" Ryan yelled running downstairs.
I laughed as I stood up and plopped onto the bed. The room was complete silence.
Sam cleared his throat. "You know we have to give Ryan back to his actual owners again tonight right?"
"Mmhm." I hummed looking at the ceiling.
I heard my phone ring. I saw my sister's caller Id across it. I roll my eyes.
"Hello."
"We are just about to bored the plane make sure Ryan stuff is packed. We land at 11:30pm and we'll be at Sam's by midnight." She said.
"Yup." I replied.
"Bye."
"Bye."
I hang up putting my phone on the charger.
"She said she'll be here to get Ryan at midnight." I said and he nodded and it was back to the silence.
It was silent for a good 2minutes till Sam spoke up.
"Babe I'm sorry." I said falling back to his pillow. "I shouldn't be stopping you from hanging out with your friends that are guys and I shouldn't be assuming your cheating cause I know your better than that."
I smiled flipping around and crashes my lips into his. He kissed back almost immediately. We kissed till I heard little foot steps running down the hall so I broke the kiss.
Ryan came into the doorway with a juice box in his hand.
"Ryan you gotta start packing soon." Sam told him and a frown appeared on his face.
"Why?"
"Cause your mom and dad are gonna come get you tonight." I told him thinking he would be happier.
He shook his head no. "I don't wanna go back."
"Ryan you have to go. Your mom and Dad miss you." Sam continued.
"No!" Ryan yelled running down the hall.
I sat up in the bed running my hands through my hair knowing his small legs won't get him that far.
"I'll get him." Sam said before I stood up.
~Sam~
I got up going down the hall and down the stair to the guest room. I saw a lump under the comforter so I left the door cracked and lifted up the comforter seeing Ryan curled up in a ball.
I pick him up and he cuddles onto my chest.
"Why don't you wanna go back?" I ask calmly.
"They're mean." He said grabbing onto my shirt securely.
I brought him back upstairs and set him down on the floor as he continued to play with his toys. I pulled Kayla on top of me with her head on my chest.
8hrs later..
~Kayla~
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. It was really dark outside. It was 11:34. I see the caller I'd picking it up.
"We just landed and will be at your house in half an hour." My sister said as I rubbed my eyes and yawned.
"Yea." I replied.
"Okay bye."
"Bye."
I hung up looking around the dim lighting in the empty room. I sat up uncovering myself feeling cold. I shivered as I quickly put on my slippers and throwing on sweatpants and one of Sam's hoodies.
I went downstairs seeing Sam running around with Ryan. I smiled at the scene.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked as Sammy snatched up Ryan throwing him over his shoulder as Ryan screamed and giggled.
"Jus messing around with Ryan before he leaves." Sam said as he tossed Ryan into the air then caught him.
"My sister will be here in a good 30mins." I said and Sam frowned.
"I'll start packing his stuff." Sam said setting Ryan on the couch then going upstairs.
1hr later...
I looked at the time as Ryan was playing on the floor with Sammy. It's now 12:37am and I'm falling asleep. My sister was supposed to be here half an hour ago.
I heard my phone ring and I picked it up seeing my sister's caller ID on it.
"Where are you?" I said waiting for a response but it was just silent. "Hello?"
"Is this Kayla Tristan?" The women asked.
"Yes." I replied very confused.
"This is Mary Winston from La medical center. Your sister has suffered from a severe car crash and is seeking medical attention right now. We advise you come as soon as possible."
