"Something bad happened to Haylee."

I lost it. I started crying.

"Mom what happened?"

"Well we were shopping and me, Jordan and Kris were trying on clothes and she was sitting down waiting on us. I walk out and don't see her anywhere in the store."

"Okay what store?"

"Old Navy."

I hang up and put my boots on. I leave a note saying I'm going to town. I open the door and slam it shut. I know exactly who has her.

Brittany.

My phone goes off.

I'm going to kill you when I find you.

I sent it and put my phone in my pocket. I start to run. I can't believe she would do this. Yeah she's crazy but I didn't know she was this crazy.

I finally get to the ice cream shop and go in. I look around for Haylee. Then my phone goes off.

Back corner to the left.

I look up and see Haylee. I run over to her and sit beside her. Guess who her kidnapper was.

Brittany.

"Brittany why the hell do you have my daughter!" I silently yell to her. "Because Luke, you took something I love and I took something you love." She smiles evilishly. I see the cops come in and wave them over here. "Brittany Johnson you are under arrest for the kidnap of Haylee Bryan." A cop says and stands her up and puts her in hand cuffs. "Thank you officer." I say and he nods. "Anytime Luke." He says back and they leave. Haylee is in tears. "Come here baby girl." I say and wrap her in a hug. I stand up and leave. I sit her down and she holds onto my leg. I pull out my phone and call mama.

"Mama I found her. We're on our way back to the bus."

"Oh thank god. Who had her"

"I'll tell you when we get to the bus."

I say before hanging up. I put my phone back in my pocket and pick her up again. She clings to my side. "It's okay baby I have you. Nobody's gonna hurt you." I say calmly and continue walking.

**Later that night**

After the show we went and got something to eat. Today has been one hell of a day.
