I dropped Haylee off and came home. I open the door and all the lights were off. There are scented candles every where. I close the door and go to my room. I open that door and see Caroline laying on my bed watching tv. "Hey babe." I say and take my boots off. "Hey." She says quietly. I go to the bathroom and get the ring. I come out and see Carolines' back to me. I get on one knee. "Caroline." I say and she turns over.
She covers her mouth. "Caroline Boyer, will you do the honor of making me the happiest man on earth, will you marry me?" I ask her and she nods. I slip the ring on her finger and kiss her. "I love you." I whisper against her lips and then it got heated and some more. (I don't want to explain none of that so yeah. Just use your imagination for what they're doing.)
****Later that day*****
After me and Caroline finished, I went to go get Haylee. My phone starts going off. I answer it without looking at the caller ID.
PHONE CALL BETWEEN LUKE AND CAROLINE {L-Luke C- Caroline}
C- DID WE USE PROTECTION?!
L- Oh shit!
C- Well this may not be bad
L- Maybe. Haylee has been saying she wants a brother or sister.
C- Well it's probably her lucky day. I went to the doctor and got a test done. I'm pregnant!
L- Really?
C- Yes.
L- Babe I gotta go. I'll se ya later.
And with that I hung up. I'm gonna have another little miracle running around the house. I wait in line at the school. I'm always early. The kids start filing out. I see Haylee and Emma. God they look alike. Haylee sees my truck hugs Emma goodbye. Haylee jumps in the truck and buckles up. "How was school kid?" I ask her, handing her some chips.
"Thank you. Good I guess. The usual kindergarten stuff." She says and shrugs. "Baby girl can I tell you something?" I ask her. She nods. "Okay ya know how me and Caroline are girlfriend and boyfriend? We're getting married and you're gonna have a little sister or brother." I say and her face lights up.
"REALLY?" She screams. "Yes, really." I say and she squirms in her seat. "Yes! I'm gonna have a new mommy and a little brother or sister!' She says and I laugh. The line starts moving. I start the truck and move ahead in line.
***At Home***
I pull up and Haylee gets out. Caroline is sitting on the front porch on the swing. "Hey babe." I say and kiss her. A truck pulls in the drive way. Four guys get out.
