Chapter 5

I wake up and make breakfast. "Daddy can I have some juice?" Haylee asks and I jump. "Baby girl you scared me." I say and she apologizes. There's a knock on the bus door. I open it and see Brittany. "Brittany leave me alone." I groan and she walks on the bus. "Is this the little runt you dumped me for?" She asks and points at Haylee. "No! I dumped you because YOU ARE CRAZY! And that's my daughter!" I scream and Tyler runs in and gets Haylee and runs back with her.

Haylee's POV

Tyler picks me up and runs back to the back with me. "Who's that Tyler?" I ask. "She's Luke crazy ex-girlfriend and will do anything to get him back. She will hurt you so stay close to us okay?" He says and I nod. I hear screaming and it's not good words. "She hurt my feelings. She called me a runt." I say holding back tears. I lay down beside Tyler and we cuddle. He kisses my head. "It'll all be okay." Is the last thing I heard before I fell back asleep.

Luke's POV

Brittany finally left and I finished breakfast. I go to the back and see Tyler and Haylee asleep. I shake both of them. "Guys wake up. Breakfast is done." I say and shake them awake. "Daddy when is MeMaw coming up?" Haylee asks. And I shrug. There's another knock on the door. I open it and see Jordan, Kris and mama. I let them on and we eat. "Uncle Luke who is this cutie?" Jordan asks. "This is Haylee. Haylee these are you cousins Jordan and Kris. And this is MeMaw." I say Kris picks her up. "You look so much like Uncle Luke." She says and Haylee blushes.

"Uncle Luke can we take her with us today?" Jordan asks and takes Haylee from Kris. "I guess so." I say and sigh. "Come on kiddo let's go change." Jordan says and her, Kris and Haylee are off to the back.

Jordan's POV

Me and Kris dressed Haylee in some Nike shorts and a tee shirt. With some sandals. I put some of mine and Kris make up on her. She is gorgeous. "Babe you are beautiful." I say to Haylee. I see her blush. "Thank you Jordan so are you." She says and I hug her. "Come on Lil' Bit let's go. MeMaw is probably waiting on us." Kris says and picks her up. We walk to the front and sit her down. "Alright behave for MeMaw alright." Uncle Luke says to Haylee. "Yes sir." She says and kisses his cheek. "Come on girls." MeMaw says and we leave.

Luke's POV

Mama said she loves her. I can tell Jordan and Kris do too. I sigh. "Man you ready for the show?" Tyler asks me. "Yeah I guess." I say and sit down. "What's wrong?" BK asks me. "I-" I was cut off by my phone going off. I look down and see it's mama calling.

LeClaire- Luke go to town and find me.

me- Why?

LeClaire- Something bad happened to-
