Our food gets here and we eat. I order us some desert. "Daddy I'm tired." Haylee whines. I laugh as me and Caroline finish our desert. I pay and we leave.
**At Home**
I dropped Caroline off at her house and go inside mine. I didn't take Haylee to school today. There was no sense in it. She already missed half the day. Haylee is now on the couch playing on the IPad. "Haylee! Come here!" I yell for her. She runs in with the IPad. "Sir?" She asks. "What do you want to do?" I ask her and she shrugs. "Daddy when can I have my ears pierced?" She ask me. "When your older." I say back to her and she pouts. "What did I say about the pouting?" I ask her. "Don't do it because it's not cute and doesn't make daddy change his mind." She says and puts her lip back in.
"Come on let's go watch a movie." I say and pick Haylee up. "Hold that thought." She says trying to get down. I put her down. She walks to the fridge and opens it. She grabs a bottle of apple juice and shuts it. I pick her back up and walk to my room.
"You're something you know that right?" I ask her and she shrugs it off. "I get that a lot." She says making me chuckle. I toss her on the bed and put in Grace Unplugged. I plop down on the bed and Haylee snuggles into my side.
"Daddy I'm scared." I hear her say. "Why?" I ask her.
"What if my kidney doesn't get better? I won't be able to do some stuff." She says sniffling. I pause the movie and pick her up. I sit up and put her on my lap. "Look baby girl. It will get better. You can do all the stuff you want. Don't let this stop you." I say and wipe her eyes. "Do you hear me?" I ask her. "Yes sir." She says. I kiss her forehead and lay her back down. I play the movie and we watch it.
**Next day**
Haylee's POV
I wake up in daddys bed. I slowly get up and go to my room. I go over to my closet and pick out some clothes. I pick out some blue jean cut offs, a loose tank op that the sides are cut out and a tighter tank top under that. I put those clothes on and grab my boots.
I leave them in my room and go downstairs. Daddy is makin' breakfast. "Morning princess." He says kissing my cheek. "Morning daddy." I say and sit down at the counter. "How'd ya sleep last night?" He asks me. "Good, what about you?" I answer/ask him. "Good." He responds back.
Luke's POV
Haylee comes downstairs. Somebody knocks on the door. "I'll get it." Haylee says. "MOMMA!" I hear Haylee scream. "Hey baby girl." I hear Caroline say. They walk in. "Good morning baby." I say to Caroline as she pecks my lips. "It is a good morning isn't it?" She says with a smirk. I look at her confused.
Guys on my last a/n a bunch of y'all said Luke. But not all of y'all can have Luke. So I'm going to do a contest. Whoever can make the best cover for this story will get to date Luke. Idk who the fanfic is gonna be about. By that I mean, Luke, Jason, Tyler, or BK. So comment who you want it to be about and send me the covers y'all make. Comment which number you want.
