Days passed of waiting around. Nothing had happened in those days besides the school calling home about my attendance. My mom tried to understand why I was skipping school but Iwouldn't tell me. She began to think I was keeping a secret...but like everything else in my life, I kept it a secret. I was bored of watching the vampires train so I decided to met up with Josh. He was my best friend...I wanted to tell him everything. So I decided I was going to tell him. When I was home I went straight to my room. When I got to my room I closed my door quietly and tip-toed to my desk. I picked up my phone and dialed Josh's number, while I was waiting for Jake to pick up the phone I looked at my clock on my wall and noticed it was 11pm. After waiting for a few minutes Jake finally picked up the phone.

"Hello?" Josh said sounding still half asleep

"Josh, It's Jake" I informed

"Oh...hey Jake"  he answered

"Urm...Do you wanna hang out tomorrow?" I asked

"Yeah! Sure!" he sounded excited

"Okay..well I'll come to your place at....12?" I asked

"I'll see you then" he said then hanging up

After I got changed and went to bed. The night was silent and still, nothing moved in the house but outside the wind crashed against the windows as the rain spitted on the windows as well.

When morning came outside was damp and cold and inside was warm. I woke up looking around my room, noticing how my room changed from September to March. I noticed the pictures of me and Sarah replaced the pictures of my friends. I looked at a picture in the corner of the room. It was a picture of me, Rachel and Hannah taken in the summer. I felt myself welling up but I stopped myself. I looked away and turned my head towards the mirror, which was above my dresser. I looked closely at my face. My hair was a mess, I had bags under my eye's and as usually my skin looked incredibly white, I had skin like Sarah's. That made my smile. After a few moments of thinking about Sarah I finally got out of bed and got ready. As aways I picked out the same type of clothing. Dark pants, plain top, dark blue jacket and black converse. I walked down stairs without talking and walked towards the front door. I didn't look at either my mom or dad. My mom noticed I was leaving and went to talk but my dad stopped her.

"Let him go..." my dad said to my mom

I turned towards my dad giving him a horrible look, which he dissevered. I then looked at my mom who was walking at the floor, I could tell she was nervous. I always thought I was a lot like my mom in the way she was nervous, shy. But I knew I was nothing like my dad, they way he was mean and uncaring. I looked away and opened the door, then when I was out I slammed the door. As my car had broke down I decided to walk. It might had been good for me to have a walk on my own, some time to get my head around what was happening in my life.

I finally reached Josh's house. I walked up the stone walkway to his front door. Once there I knocked on the door. Josh then came to the door with a smile on his face, it was a long time since I seen him smiling. He stepped outside and closed the door behind him.

"Hey!" he sounded enthusiastic

"Hi, how are you?" I asked

"Yeah, I'm fine...I miss the girls..."

"Me too..."
