27. Mother knows best

*knock knock*

"Who is there?", a warm familiar voice asked while she opened the front door.

"Omg my son, you've come back! I really missed you!", she huged me while tears falling down from her eyes.

"Eomma don't cry I'm here now", I said.

She let me in. I sat on the kitchentable while she was preparing some juice for me.

"So how have you been? How are the others? How is Lisa? I heared she was in the hospital", she asked and handed me the juiche.

"The others are good..as for me...I-I don-t know anymore".

"What do you mean son?", she asked with a worried face.

"Eomma, you and appa are together for so long..h-how do you guys manage to stay strong?"

''We sure have fights Jungkook, all couples have fights. At the end you realize it's not worth it to stay mad.  If it's your fault you should apologize. If it isn't your fault you should give your partner some space and understand his/her feelings. Also it's very important to show your love and effection to that person everyday. Do not take anything for granted. Appreciate your partner. B-but I quess this has something to do with  your love life?'', she asked me while paying full attention to me.

''Eomma I made a terrible mistake! It's already to late!''

''What? Did you and Lisa have a fight?''

"No it's not about Lisa. A-actually we are getting into a divorce'', I said which makes her face looked shocked.

''Jungkook I know you ..does this perhaps have something to do with y/n?''

"How would you know that?''

''I can tell..I'm your mother. I know things wasn't like how it should be between you and Lisa. I really hope she is oke. Since you left y/n I didn't see your smile that often''.

''She is fine with it. Actually she is the one who asked for a divorce in the first place''.

''But you were talking about a mistake?''

I sign heavily. I look down at the ground.

''I left her while she was pregnant with my child''.

"WHAT?!..s-she was pregnant? But I thought you guys didn't love each other anymore and that's why you broke up. How could you Jungkook?'', She asked, but surprisingly stayed calm.

''I didn't know. And if I would know... I would't left her and the baby ofcourse. I would stay by her all the time. I would bring her food if she would have weird cravings. I would massage her back if  her body was hurting for carrying our child. If she would be tired. I would clean the house and cook for her. I-I would support her while giving birth..b-but I didn't do all of that. Instead I was really harsh towards her. I told her mean things''.

''But why did you do all of this to her?''

I start explaining her the whole situation while I was crying hard. How manager didn't support our relationship. How he wanted me to married Lisa. I told her Lisa wasn't really pregnant. How I stood in front of y/n's house to explain, but instead was fighting with Jason. How I met my son for the first time. I told her how he looks like. I showed her the picture Jimin gave to me the other day. I told her about the marriage with Jason. I know it was a good thing to come to my mother. After all mothers know best! She knows exactly how to comfort me and giving me advise. 

"OMG I'm a grandmother. My son is a father!'', a little smile appeared on my face as I saw how happy she was being a granny.

''I wish you could see him by yourself''.
