Everyone wants a happy ending... or even a fairy tale ending. But I'm nervous... that everything Lauren has been through... will stop her from letting him in. I hope she sees that he's not what she thinks. I hope she learns that not every man is out to hurt you. He's not out to hurt her. I know he isn't. I just hope she lets him in.

"Auntie, I'm leaving now."

I looked up from my thoughts seeing Lauren and Stephen at my bedroom door.

"Uh O-okay. Lauren, come here." I called to her. She was quickly by my side and I grabbed her hands. "This man won't hurt you okay? I promise you. Whatever just please stay strong and just please... please remember... that your daddy is watching over you. And he will never let anything harm you. He loves you and I love you and your mommy loves you very much. And Stephen loves you too. Please give him a chance and allow yourself to have fun okay?"

"Yes Auntie." She sniffed as tears ran down her cheeks.

I wiped away her tears and hugged her before giving her a thousand kisses.

"Bye guys. I love you. Be safe. Have fun."

They said their goodbyes and left off to lord knows where.

--- 2 Days Later

Stephen

We've been here in Thailand for a while. I decided to bring Lauren here because of how much she loves trees. Where we stay is surrounded by trees and thankfully she loves it.

"Lauren."

"Yes." She said shyly.

" I wanna tell you a story. Come here."

"What kind of story?"

"One about me and your daddy."

Her face lit up and she sat next to me and we laid out on the floor.

"You knew my daddy?" She asked with her pretty green eyes.

"Yep. In fact, we were like brothers. And one day we got in soooo much trouble that your grandma made him live with me for a whole month."

"Really? What did you guys do?"

"Well we had just finished a basketball game and we were so happy because we beat the big kids. But the big kids were such bullies that me and your dad wanted to be mean back. So we took their bikes and hid them. The big kids were so upset that they ran all the way home and told their moms that we stole their bikes. So their moms came to my house because that's where my mom and your grandma were. Once our moms knew, they made us say sorry and go back to the park to get their bikes. But your dad was such a rebel, he told one of the boys that if he ever told on us again, he'd punch him in his noodle head."

"What's a noodle head?" She giggled.

"Well he was trying to say that the kids were stupid. And your grandma was furious. She turned red and yelled at him. And guessed what your dad did?"

"What he do, uncle?"

"He looked at her.. shrugged his shoulders and said... 'I DONT CARE!'"

She gasped and covered her mouth. "But my granny say is bad to do that to her."

"It is. So she said since he wanted to be so tough, that he was gonna stay with me for a month and behave because she knew how afraid of my father he was."

"Why he scared of your daddy?"

"Because my dad was tough and if we got in trouble he'd make us feel bad for what we did and take our toys away."

"Ohhh... that is scary."

I laughed at how cute she was.

It was later in the night and it was pouring rain and thunder. I was sleep until I heard a sniff and felt a tap on my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see a puffy eyed Lauren as she held her teddy bear close.

"Uncle Stephen... I had a bad dream and I'm scared of thunder."

"You wanna sleep in here?"

She nodded and sniffed again. I took the covers in front of me back and picked her up. I lifted her over me and placed her in bed, being sure to hold her super close as I put the covers over her.

It's around 12 I the afternoon and me and Lauren are packed to get back on a plane. Not home though. But to Japan. I founds out about how much she loves Adidas and Harajuku so I decided to take her there so we can pick her up some stuff and do some fun girly kid stuff.

We walked into this store and it was crazy. Colors everywhere! Lauren started to squeal and jump up and down. Some creepy doll like girls came up to us and started talking to Lauren about everything and took her around the  store. I bought her some shirts and a few Letterman jackets and some shoes from there since she prefers to where over-sized or adult shirts and children's pants. We took a picture with the girls and went to an Adidas store not too far from Harajuku. I bought me and her matching suits and shoes. She was so happy. But I got us another matching suit with one for Riley and Nona so we when we go out as a family we can all match. Then we went back into the Harajuku district to get her some of their perfumes and jewelry and stuff. I didnt mind since I wanted her to have everything her heart desired. At the point I love her like she's my daughter... with Nona.....

Is it possible for guys to have baby fever?.....

After a reading a few articles I found out that its possible. So yea I guess I have baby fever and I really want to have a kid with Nona. Like so bad.

"Uncle..." Lauren called.

"Yes, Lo."

"Can we go home tomorrow? I miss Riley and Auna." She frowned.

"Yea we will in the evening so we can get there in the morning. But you're gonna be sleepy alright."

She nodded and asked me to pick her up. I did gladly and we went back to the house I rented. I put her in my bed and changed her into her pjs since she was sleep. I went into the bathroom and got ready for bed, then I got in bed and brought her close to me, feeling her relax a little more and fall deeper into her slumber. I kissed her forehead and went to sleep.
