I bit my lip tightly in attempt to hide any sound that wanted to escape from my mouth. 'What is he doing with her?' My heart sank as I suddenly felt the weight of his actions on my heart.
My body just stood there as still as a statue while my mind remained physically tired to even feel the sadness wash over me.
I slowly traced my steps to the couch and sat down. Catch a grip of yourself. You could end it all instead of spending six months with him. Dealing with his fickle personality and confusing actions.
But a part of me just couldn't gather the courage to walk away. I wanted to be around him whenever something pulled me away.
Exhaustion started to take over my features as I slowly closed my eyes, unable to stay awake after two hours waiting for him.
"It's late. What are you doing here awake?" My lips pressed into a firm line as I suddenly felt the urge to smile at his caring gesture. "Yoongi." My voice coming out as a whisper when his hand enclosed around my wrist and he started to walk me to the room.
My body was slowly laid down and he looked at me from the other side of the bed. "Did you go on a date with her?" my eyes fought the urge to close as I watched him closely. His expression now softer.
His head leaned against the palm of his hand and he hesitated for a second before answering me. "Yes." my hand reached out to gently caress his light hair before turning my body the other way.
"You two look good together." My voice sounding even lower. I closed my eyes and pretended to sleep to avoid facing him. He finally noticed and eventually lay down by my side.
I slowly drifted to sleep. The sound of his breath filling the room and putting me on a state of calm.
[...]
I woke up with laughs coming from downstairs. A groan escaped my lips when the screen of my phone lit up.
My hand reached out to grab the phone and my eyes widened at the sight of the message. 'will you go on a date with me?' I read it out loud. It was from Jae-sung.
My body was dragged out of the bed and I went downstairs. "Good morning, y/n." Yoona beamed happily when I went into the kitchen and circled her arms around Yoongi. "Are you going somewhere?"
I could feel Yoongi's gaze burning the side of my face as I took my phone out to reply to Jae's message. "I'm going on a date." The corner of my lips tug up at the sight of a slightly irritated Yoongi.
"With who?" he suddenly asked. "That doesn't concern you, but don't worry. We're going to a place far away from your fans and media." I smiled and he gazed at me completely shocked at my comeback.
I bid them goodbye and walked out of the house. Jae-sung waved at me as soon as I got out and came closer to the car he was leaning on. "I thought you would reject my invitation." His voice sounding genuinely surprised as he opened the door for me.
I sat on the passenger seat and buckled the seatbelt. "Don't make me regret my decision." Lifting both of his hands in the air he smiled at me. "Let's go then." The car ride lasted for fifteen minutes before we stopped in front of a park.
We got out of the car and began walking on the sidewalk. My eyes searched for any unwanted presence but it was all clear. "Do you worry that much if people see us together?" he suddenly broke the silence making me gaze at his serious expression.
"Since we're alone now, you can explain what's happening between you and your so called boyfriend." He grabbed both of my arms and turned me to face him. "How come I've never seen you with him?" my lips were pressed into a firm line as I felt myself become nervous.
"Who is he?" I averted his gaze and as I stared over his shoulders my eyes catched a glimpse of Yoongi and Yoona standing right in front of us.
"Yoongi." I stammered.
