I moaned from the tapping sun-light against my face. I blinked, shut my eyes and blinked again. I yawned and managed to fully open both eyes.

As I looked over the surroundings, the smell of coffee suddenly filled my nostrils. I finally dragged my body out of the bed and went downstairs.

"Good morning." I was met by a smiling Jae as I got in the kitchen. "Good morning Jae." I smiled back at him and sat at the table after he motioned me to.

A cup of coffee was placed in front of me and I took a sip on it after thanking him. "Did you sleep well?" He pulled in conversation while he drank his coffee.

I nodded but in reality I didn't sleep that well. My mind kept thinking about the fact that I still need to face Yoongi when I go back. I might as well give him some explanations on why I didn't sleep home.

[...]

"Ready to go?" Jae asked as he went downstairs. "Yes." I smiled at him and he put his hand on my back taking me to the car.

The ride was short and soon enough he stopped in front of the house. A sigh escaped my lips and Jae seemed to notice because he grasped my hand in his.

"Is something worrying you?" his gaze was soft but his words packed a powerful reality. Many things were worrying me. "I'm fine." I gave him a reassuring smile and got out of the car.

I walked to the door and waved at him one last time before going in. My gaze followed around the entrance but there was no sign of Yoona's presence.

The house was too quiet which signalized me that Yoongi hasn't come back yet. But I was actually mistaken.

As I went to the living room I was welcomed by a serious looking Yoongi. "Where were you?" his voice sounded deep as he got up from the couch and took a few steps closer.

"Do you really care about that?" words flew from my mouth before I could even stop myself. I know I should just stay quiet and wait for the storm to abate but I couldn't help it.

His gaze dropped to finally look at me, a astonished look on his face. He didn't expect my remark.

"Answer me." He was now in front of me and as soon as I tried to move past him he grabbed my wrist. "I don't owe you any explanation." My words sounded distant as I shoved his hands away.

"Are you seeing another guy?" I stared at him in disbelief. "What are you trying to say?" My voice rose above the sacred silence. His words shattering my heart into million pieces.

"Did you kiss him?" His expression nothing but serious as the air became thick. "You're fast to blame me but you're the one who couldn't keep your hands to yourself when you kissed Yoona." My words held nothing but fury as his face became pale with realization.

I turned away but he was fast enough to grab my wrist once again. "Let me go." Just a few words, but they bring tears to my eyes. I never thought this is how it would feel to see him walking far away from me.

"Are you crying?" His hand gripped my wrist tightly as he pulled me closer. He puts his hand on my right cheek and leans his face closer. I shove his hand away.

"I told you to stay away from me." I stared at him expressionless. "We can just end this and stop playing with our emotions." Pressing my lips into a firm line I proceeded talking.

"I should have denied the contract from the start." I bitterly laughed. "You're just a prick that-" His hand rested below my ear, his thumb caressing my cheek as he slammed his lips against mine and nearly knocked all wind from my lungs.

My eyes were wide open and I hardly had a moment to react. His hand drifted to my hip. It settled there and pulled me closer.

I inhaled sharply when he pulled away, resting his forehead against mine. My lips parted in surprise as I stared at him. "Why did you do that?"

"To shut you up."
