I woke up the next morning warm and more comfortable than I had ever felt. Big and fluffy blankets lay over me and no bright sunlight washed into my vision. That's how I knew I wasn't home. My bedroom at home had one large window that no matter how thick my curtains were, the light got through in the morning. I sat up against the bed frame and squinted my eyes, trying to figure out where I was.

"Afternoon, sleeping beauty," a deep and husky voice said amusedly. My eyes darted towards the doorway. I was at Colby's house, in his room, his bed. I sprung up fast, practically jumping out of the bed. "Forget where you were for a second there?"

I scoffed. "More than a second," I replied, smiling sleepily. I noticed a soft fabric still on my legs and looked down, suddenly remembering what happened last night.

After Colby had told me to stay, I was so shocked I stayed silent for most of the night. I quietly agreed to stay, too tired and upset to argue. He had insisted I have the privacy I had wanted, so he let me sleep in his bed. It was weird. Colby was really concerned about the way I felt and I didn't know exactly why. He even went as far as giving me a pair of sweats and a t-shirt to sleep in.

"Did you want some clothes or something..? Devyn might have something that fits you," he offered. I decided not to be offended by his uncertainty that I might fit into anything Devyn owned.

I smiled. "If that's okay, then yeah. I have to go house hunting today so it would probably be best not to wear yesterday's dirty clothes." Colby nodded before turning and disappearing into the hallway. I walked out too, and down the stairs. I found Sam sitting on the couch with a pretty girl leaning her head on his shoulder. I assumed this was the famous Kat.

"Hey, Sam," I smiled. "Is this Kat?" Sam put his phone down and smiled at me. He pulled Kat up with him as he stood up.

"Yeah, this is Kat. Babe, this is Aggy. She's the one Corey, Colby and I met at the abandoned barn a few weeks ago," he explained.

"Hey, Aggy," she smiled at me shyly. I subconsciously laughed, knowing all too well how hard it was not to be awkward when meeting someone new.

We sat and talked for a while until Colby came downstairs. He didn't have any clothes in his hand, which I thought was weird. I furrowed my brows at him.

"I couldn't find anything that you would like," he said. I didn't really care that much, but he continued. "Did you want me to drive you back to your place quick? You can grab clothes and shower or whatever and then we can drive back to LA."

I shrugged. It was only 11am still, so I figured it was okay to drive home quick. "Is that okay?" I asked. I didn't want to ruin any plans he had for the day.

"Yeah for sure. Sam, did you guys wanna come? We can have a little road trip," Colby jumped excitedly.

Sam looked to his girlfriend, who shrugged and nodded at the same time. "Maybe this time lets not get chased by a homeless man with a gun," Sam joked.

Kat look at him with a surprised face. "You got chased by what?" she questioned. I laughed at the two as Sam tried to explain why he never told Kat about why we left the farm early. Kat laughed too, explaining that it was just a joke and she had watched the video.

I grabbed my phone and bag from Colby's room before we left. We all piled into his car and set off. I plugged my phone into the aux cord and played my music. We went through the drive thru at Taco Bell halfway there. The ride to my house was kind of boring. Sam and Kat napped in the back seat after they finished their food, and Colby and I remained silent. I was secretly dreading having to go home, as I was sure Maddison had spent the night with Austin, and I knew they would both be trying to apoligize to me the second I walked in.
