Turn of events

Chapter 14

Narritive

Nicola sat in a darkened room with two police officers opposite her asking her questions and she wa sonly replying with 'No comment' to all of them which was annoying the officers as Zoe was doing the same thing.

"how old are you?" the woman asked and Nicola thought about it and frowned, today was her eigteenth birthday. How could she forget her pown birthday but if she was honest with herself, with all that has happened how could you not and she wouldnt have celebrated it until she had Damien in her arms.

"im eigteen today!" she said and the officers smiled "finally something other than No comment, wait your eigteen?" the woman officer asked and Nicola nodded "that is what i said!" Nicola responded and the woman officer got angry,

"have you had a sexual incounter with Miss Johnson?" ther officer asked getting angry "no i havnt, she's just my teacher and a sarcastic one at that!" Nicola responded "get me the lie detector, i dont believe your eighteen!" the officer said and Nicola raised an eyebrow,

"a normal police officer would look my records!" Nicola sai dnad the officer rolled her eyes "fine get me Nicola's records!" she said and a police man left and went to his computer and printed them of and moments later he handed them to the police woman.

She looked them over and threw them away and Nicola smiled "see!" she said and the woman stood up in anger "your free to go!" she said and left for the other interview room where Zoe was.

Zoe wasnt liking the confindment and both officers were using this to there advantage "you might as well tell us something, anything!" the man said but Zoe didnt say anything. An angry looking woman charged in "your free to go, she's eigteen the fucker!" she yelled and Zoe couldnt help but smile.

She got up anmd left and she saw Nicola as soon as she left. They both thought the same thing that they shouldnt hug or anythign like that as a tone of police officers were watching them at the moment.

Nicola was given Damien back and they were both taken home in seperate cars. They were lucky they both thought on the way home, very lucky!
