Chapter XVII

It's Revealed

The gang watched as Kira dropped to her knees , black aura began to release from her body. She cried as Ruka hugged her tightly. 

"Ruka.. I've always wanted to meet you.." Kira hugged him back while still crying in his arms. The others were still confused at what they were seeing. They were fighting and were at the edge of losing when suddenly the enemy just gave up with Ruka's hug. Did Ruka's pheromone worked with this lady ?!

"No Stupid" Hotaru facepalmed and sighed at the idioty of her friends. Even if she didn't want to reveal it just yet. It wouldn't be fun for her. And besides , She wants Ruka himself to reveal it to the idiots. Then she could capture their face and sell those pictures to the fangirls. The others were sneaking away from Hotaru who was surrounded with dark auras. 

Mikan began to sit up , The wound was beggining to feel better so it's okay for her. Natsume who noticed Mikan's movement , helped her up and slings her arm around his neck for support. She limped forward towards Ruka and Kira. "Kira-san?" Mikan slowly kneeled down beside Kira. The White Witch looked up to see the brunette smiling at her with pure kindness. "Yes?"

The brunette hugged her and soothed her. "It must be terrible to be trapped inside your body with no control over your body. To watch yourself hurt someone even though you don't want to. It's okay.. It's fine now" She said. Kira felt her heart warm at what Mikan said. She smiled at Mikan and laughed. "You'd make a fine woman , dear. Ruka , you still haven't made a move on her?" Kira looked at Ruka expectantly. Ruka blushed and hide his face. "O-Of Course No!"

Kira stood up and looked at what she has done to them. "I'm truly sorry everyone at what I have done." She bends over. Kira looked at the wound on Mikan's back and touched the fresh wound. She chanted a spell and white glitter began to sparkle around her wound. In a flash , It was gone. No scars or anything. Kira also chanted a spell to make everyone's stamina restored. 

Tsubasa who was still confused at what Ruka and Kira's relationship asked the white witch directly. "Kira-san , What is your relationship with Ruka?"

Kira giggled and hugged Ruka's shoulders. "This beautiful boy is my grandson!" She said proudly while petting Ruka's head. Everyone stopped at what they were doing. "GRANDSON!?"

Kira noticed something wrong with Natsume. He has this black aura around his. Similar to what she felt when that Devil possesed her body. She touched his shoulder and instantly she felt like she was electrocuted. Natsume glared at Kira and walked away.

This is serious. The Devil was still alive and he is possessing Natsume. "MIKAN!" The witch yelled and ran to her. She grabbed het shoulders. "The Devil! It's possessing Natsume!" Her eyes widened. "WHAT!?" The brunette quickly ran over to where the raven haired boy was.

"NATSUME!"

He was right in the middle of the hall , His usual shining crimson eyes were now dark red and lifeless.. He looks at Mikan and smiled a crooked smile.

"Mikan! You're just in time! The show is about to start" He said with a total different voice from the usual voice. Everyone were rushing to where Mikan was and just when they thought everything was back to normal.

"Natsume!" Mikan yelled. 'Natsume' looked at Mikan and grinned. He came near her but was blocked by Kira. "You can't trick us Kuro. You should learn acting some more. You're bad at it." Kira said while Mikan chuckled. 

"Mikan.. Come with me.Let me take you to the paradise you deserve. I can take you to eternal paradise. Where you belong together with me" To be honest , It was tempting for Mikan to follow him and take his hand. Natsume was asking her to join him. It took all her might to refuse him. "I'm sorry Kuro-san , But I can't." She said "Please release Natsume"

"Why.. I only want to protect you.. To love you , yet why do you refuse me! If you really love this boy , then I will kill him !" He said and held  a knife at his hand. He raised it to his neck and pressed it really hard. "Choose Mikan! Follow me and he will live , or he will die!" 

Mikan widened her eyes and stopped his hand from pushing any further. "Stop! Don't hurt him ! I will follow you! Just stop hurting him !" She said. Kuro smiled and unpossessed Natsume. Natsume drops to the ground unconcious. Kuro slowly took form of a man with dark eyes and long red hair. "Come on dear , Let us go" He said while reaching for her hand. Mikan looked at her friends and Natsume. Her eyes began to tear up. She didn't want to leave them. Especially Natsume. He was slowly becoming an important figure in her life. And now she can't see him anymore..

"Mikan.." Natsume muttered. Mikan's heart broke as she heard Natsume whispered her name. 

"MIKAN!"A voice yelled. She looked over to the direction of the voice and found her mother and father running to her. "Mom! Dad!" Kuro had enough. He already wasted enough time here. He will not let anyone else destroy his plans. "Let's Go!" He yanked Mikan's arm and dragged her to the portal he made. Kira quickly reacted by trying to block his way. She put an ice wall in front of him and trapped him inside an ice cube. 

"Hurry Mikan! Escape from here!"

Hotaru called for her scooter and pulled Mikan up. She turned it into turbo mode and it literally flew away. Kira watched with amazement. "AGHHHH!" Kuro broke the ice cube and the ice crumbles down into little pieces. Kuro watched Kira with anger and launched an attack to her direction. Kira quickly fought back with the same attack as his. They kept on fighting until Kuro was beggining to feel weak. He secretly send a black fluid to Kira's side. Kira who was busy fighting Kuro didn't notice the black fluid secretly sneaking behind her. And suddenly , The fluid became hard and pierced through her heart. 

"AGHHH!" 

Kira yelled. She instantly collapsed. Blood came from her mouth. 

Okay , Sorry for the cliffhanger guys. I can't just suddenly lump all the conflicts into one chapter :)
